The mixer is a lot smaller than I thought it would be, but fits on my counter nicely. It has a lot of power for a small mixer. I wish the lowest setting would be a bit slower, so there would be more control and less splash from the batter. Also, I wish the bowl had a handle on it for pouring and to easily place the bowl on the mixer and take it off the mixer stand.

plastic... small... i do scrap the side when making dough and cake.. making dough the largest batch i made is like 8 cups of flours and of course the liquids, but too large so i cut it in half and perfect!! this does a great job actually... for kneading manually everything sticks in my hand, so it doesn't bother me even if i scrap the side while working, its better that doing the kneading myself, make sure to just use the lowest speed when kneading... for those who have high standards on stuff pls buy the expensive mixer... this one is lightweight, has suction on the bottom, but sometime it still moves,.. and make sure to clean it roughly lol, or you will see rust on your attachment, for $29 bucks don't expect too much.. this one still does a great job maybe for small families like ours :) hope this help :)

I was surprised at how light it was, which makes it much easier to move in and out of the cupboard; but I wasn't sure how it would handle kneading dough, and the dough hooks looked too small to do the job. However, I was impressed. The hooks worked very well, and it had no problem with the dough. Having to turn it off to rest every three minutes was annoying, but not seriously. And I really liked the locking bowl and suction cups on the bottom, which kept it in place on the counter while in operation. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The retro design reminds me of another wayyyy more expensive brand and I would proudly display this on my counter. 2. It’s a good blend of affordable quality. The blend of metal and plastic parts means it’s lightweight. It’s small which means one batch of chocolate chip cookies fills up the bowl. This is an affordable, hobby mixer perfect for smaller families, hobby bakers, or college students. 3. It’s got great power. In terms of mixing, it does everything you need it to. I found it easier to pause occasionally and scoop sugar that needed to be blended in towards the beaters with a rubber spatula. You can move the bowl back and forth to get different angles which is a nice feature. 4. It’s not overly loud. In summary, this is great for anyone living in a smaller space or for hobby bakers. I’m very satisfied!

I think all stand mixers are annoying to clean just because of the amount of parts and it also depends on the recipe, too - this is no different. It takes up as much space as another stand mixer would so I usually store it away because I don’t have a lot of counter space. Overall, it does what it needs to do.

I used it one time the head in it broke when I was lifting it its on a rubber belt inside which lifts its up and down and it tore and broke the mixer itself is made of very cheap plastic and I paid 45.00 for mine with shipping of course I threw away the box when I got it so now I'm out 45.00

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this the other day, never got a notification that it was even sent. Came home from work and this was a nice surprise. I love the retro design and the color is perfect. It is a bit smaller than expected but it will work perfectly in my small apartment kitchen.

I wish I had known you could only run the motor for three minutes at a time. To be fair, the first thing I tried it for was making mashed potatoes. I cut them in about 1" cubes. Maybe if I had cut them smaller, it would have worked better. The turntable did not spin until the potatoes were partially mashed, and I ended up overworking them. They still had good-sized lumps. One beater goes on the left and one on the right, but I couldn't find any markings to tell me which was which. You can only fill the bowl 2/3 full of the maximum capacity. It's pretty and it has a small footprint and if I figure out that these issues are something I'm doing wrong, I will post that. So far, not impressed. I bought the mixer specifically to make mashed potatoes, so that was disappointing. Live and learn.

This is my first stand mixer EVER and now I understand why people love them! It did a good job mixing cream cheese and sugar; However, the beaters had small rust spots on them when I took them out of the box. That is disappointing and I’m not sure what to do about that.

I recently got the Dash Everyday Stand Mixer and it's amazing for anyone who loves to multitask in the kitchen. This mixer is lightweight and easy to move around which is great if you don’t have a lot of counter space. The different speed settings help with mixing everything from cookie dough to whipped cream. I also love that it’s super quiet. Cleaning up is simple because most parts are dishwasher safe. Overall it’s a great mixer for everyday use and I highly recommend it.
