I have only had this one full day now but it seems to fit my needs perfectly! I do wish it came with two or three baskets, they are incredibly handy.

I got this freezer during covid so I can stock up on food and limit my trips to the stores. It's very roomy. Love the basket. Wish it had more baskets. I'm short and hard to reach the things on the bottom. It's a great freezer.

The first freezer was dented very badly. It was replaced and the second freezer was dented too but not as bad. I decided to keep it even though it was dented. I was disappointed of corse but I really needed a freezer.

Took a while to actually find an available freezer but received a call after being on a waiting list for about two months. We purchased the HOTPOINT 7.1 cu ft and it has a TON of space for plenty of food. You will not go wrong with this purchase.

I bought the freezer a month ago and am very pleased. Works great, lots of space inside for a small outside. I'm single and my kitchen refrigerator freezer was overflowing making it difficult to freeze leftovers or stock up on frozen foods.

Great Service from the manufacturer! My freezer stopped working and within about two weeks I had a new freezer and they replaced the cost of the food lost! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

It does what is supposed to do, in silence. They only reason why I don't give it 5 stars, is because it tend to form some frost inside but it is quite simple to defrost it

Have had the freezer chest for a few weeks and so far so good. Purchased additional trays. Freezer had only tray. Would have preferred a light on the inside.
