Purchased for back up and to fridge Great back up for garage and eliminates trying to cram everything into our side by side. We can actually find what's in the freezer without having to empty it each time. This. Is workable solution if you need more space

I bought this to replace one that had started to go out intermittently. I bought it online and had it delivered. The darn thing will not freeze and I am going to have to throw out alot of food. NOT HAPPY at ALL!

I bought this about 2 months ago. Was the only one within a 200mile radius at this size. Turns out it's a great little chest freezer. I especially like the green “on” light to let me know it's running. My last freezer didn't have this and it was 3 days before i realized it was dead.

My old chest freezer died on me while full of meats! Due to the Corona virus panic, finding a new freezer became a serious issue here in NJ. I found an appliance store that has been in business for many years and this product was the last one they had, they wouldn't reserve it so we had to pay for it over the phone without even seeing it. BUT I am so happy with it.. it got cold super fast and all my food is saved. Great size great price.. Its perfect!

Just the right size for me, wanted a smaller unit but has plenty of room. It wasn't too heavy for me to move. So far so good, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there was a small dent in the top of the freezer when I opened the box, but it won't affect the operation of the unit.

I bought this previously and it was lost in shipping so when it was re-shipped and I recieved it I was ecstatic! This was so badly needed. It runs quietly, fits nicely, and looks good. We are a family of three and I like to stock up on things so this is the perfect size!

I just bought my first home. All my boys have moved out and the 5ft long 2ft wide deep freeze I raised all of them with would not fit through the basement door of the new house. : ( So I gave it to a family who could use it and went in search of a new one. I love my new GE freezer. It was time to down size. Hols all my Lean cuisines extra ice cream for the grand-kids. My 16 lb turkey for Thanksgiving. Look forward to years of use out of it. Very satisfied. Setup couldn't be easier. Remove all packing plug in and give a few hrs to get cold. I waited 24 hrs before adding any food 7 cu ft is plet big enough for food for two adults. With room for extra food during hurricane season. It comes with a plastic scraper for defrosting. We'll see how that goes when the time comes. Overall, I would recommend. Price is worth it. I got it from a big box hardware store. One con, delivery takes about 3 months. Choose it because hotpoint is a good brand. My grandmother had a hotpoint fridge that has lasted over 60 years

This is the perfect size for us to stock up on some frozen meats, veggies and breads. Doesn't take up a lot of space in our garage and plugs right in existing outlet. Has a handy sliding basket that allows storage of things you grab often. Freezes well. Happy with this purchase.
