This is the perfect size freezer for me.  I am amazed at how quiet it is.  i was concerned about it not having wheels like some of the more expensive ones I looked at but it slides so easily that it is not an issue.  It is going to be great being able to freeze my garden's vegetables. Canning is fine for some things but many vegetables are better frozen. 

Sam's was the cheapest place that I found. Freezer is super quiet. Love it!

I bought this to replace one that had started to go out intermittently. I bought it online and had it delivered. The darn thing will not freeze and I am going to have to throw out alot of food. NOT HAPPY at ALL!

It really helps me to keep my frozen item stays frozen and the only missing is when you open the chest door, they should put some LED lights on that way you can see your food item quickly without open the whole entire light, specially mine I put my freezer located at my garage area, but so far so good!!

During the height of shut-down during pandemic our 4 year old equivalent freezer died- called everywhere for a new one. Finally found the HotPoint 7 ‘1 cubic chest freezer and could not be happier!! It was all we could find within 300 miles, and we are so glad we did. We weren't sure it was what we wanted, but we needed something, and As a matter of fact, we are extremely pleased. Only issue is it came completely boxed/ wrapped but it has a dent.

Bought this freezer in March 2021. It worked great for 5 months. It stopped freezing food exactly 5 months after plugging it in! Repairman says it is a non repairable unit. Wow - planned obsolescence! Don't recommend this product at all. Hotpoint does not stay cold!

Nice little chest type freezer. The shelves in our large upright collapsed and I needed one NOW. This was the only one available, and I don't regret getting it. Chilled rapidly and holds temp jn 90 degree temp. We have it in an unheated (uncooled) carport. May just keep it after we replace the large upright.

The small freezer with my refrigerator wasn't big enough. When I cook like to freeze meals to enjoy another day. When I buy meats divide it into small portions. Now I can find my frozen items. I did buy additional baskets to sort items as meats, meals, etc.

I bought and installed on 4/8/22. Works great. It was my back up when my new Samsung fridge gave out after 72hrs. Big enough and hasn't let me down. Hope it continues to work for many years. The last one I had was from an older 1970s home. Same brand. Sold it and my client still has it going strong. I ended uo buying exactly same brand and size for my new home. It holds all my extra meals and larger packages that simply don't fit In the regular kitchen freezer. D ,

This freezer looks like it will meet all my needs and then some! After downsizing and moving to an apartment I discovered that the freezer above the refrigerator just wasn't going to have enough space. Now I don't have to worry. It looks perfect- no dings, no dents, no scratches!
