No instructions in the package. I found the manual online and it was a bunch of pictures and symbols, most of which made no sense to me. (I don't consider myself to be lacking in intelligence). I figured out how to charge the earbuds (without the help of the manual) and that's as far as I could get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved these wireless in-ear headphones. They are so much lighter and easier to use than my old wireless full sized headphones. They have great sound for being so small. They are very comfortable and come with three different sized eartips so you can find the ones that feel best to you. They have up to 21 hours of battery life. You can control them with a push of a button on the headphone. My only complaint is the set up instructions use pictures and I wasn't familiar with some of the symbols that were used. I looked up a You Tube video and realized how simple these really were to use. I look forward to using these this summer when I cut the grass instead of my large over the ear headphones., The charging case is magnetic and they snap right into place.

I have had these for a few days now and really enjoy them. I was looking for a pair of cheap earbuds that still sounded good and that's what I found here. I wear them while skiing and running. My one dislike is when you press the button on the earbud, you kind of have to shove it into your ear sometimes, but it's only a little detail and a small price to pay. Great product so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds small but powerful. They are easy to throw in your pocket right alongside your phone. The features are similar to other JBL products and nothing really sticks out about these. The sound quality of these are like other standard JBL ear buds and for some reason never are loud enough for my liking, probably to prevent hearing loss. The battery life is up to par and have not had to charge them since receiving them. The fit of the ear buds are on point. I can move around effortlessly and they stay in place. I would prefer the case had rubber on the bottom to prevent it from sliding when on a surface but others may not want it.

The sound quality is phenomenal with bright highs and a more than respectable bottom line. Very comfortable to the ears with little or no fatigue to speak of and not prone to shaking loose even while jogging.

This is my first pair of wireless type buds (I usually prefer over the ear headphones) and I have to say I am truly impressed with the sound quality - especially the bass. I wasn't expecting the bass to be near as good as the over the ear phones, but it is pretty darn close. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by this since it is coming from JBL. The charging case takes minimal time to fully charge and can recharge the buds without being plugged in at least a couple of times. And I really like the magnetic pull that keeps the buds snug in the case.

They're good earbuds. Fit well, mic quality is better than most. Everything's good except that the volume is not that high. They're great indoors, but when I'm outdoors I can hear my surroundings even when I have music on full volume. Not for you if you're looking to blast music.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds! They are what I've been missing. I usually just the headphones that come with my phone. While those are starting to improve, most phones are going away from phone jacks and these are perfect. Pros: - GREAT sound! I listen to all types of music and these sound just as good as any earbud I've used. - Ease of use. Once they are paired, they immediately turn off or on when going into or out of the case. Using both will give you song skip features, while using only one will work perfectly for phone calls or podcasts at your desk. - Size. They are small and the case can easily fit in your pocket. - Works well for phone calls in quiet areas. - Bi-directional USB. (Why doesn't everyone do this?) USB C for charging the case. - Battery life is very good. Cons: - They can be a little uncomfortable if used for a long time. - Picks up a bit too much noise when used for phone calls in louder areas. There's not much wrong with these. It might be one of my favorite JBL products. I love them!

This was my first pair of wireless earbuds and I like them! They're very comfortable, although I do wish there was an even smaller insert size than the 3 provided, as my ears are a bit too small (or maybe not the right shape); the smallest size still is not snug enough in my ear and I have to constantly readjust it to not fall out. I definitely could not do any sort of moderate impact activity or they would fall out, but it works well enough for my purposes. Also wish there were better directions provided for use. I had to find a YouTube video to help explain things, but maybe my confusion was from never having wireless earbuds before

I am really happy with my JBL TUNE115's. It's been about a month since I purchased them and I have been using them daily. Firstly, the earbud design fits comfortably. When it comes to audio quality, I know for some it's a matter of personal preference, and I prefer something that is very balanced. Most headphones will say they have a 20Hz to 20KHz frequency response but they focus all their build on the bass response only (talking to BEATS by Dre) and it ends up giving them a muddier or muffled sound to where you have a hard time hearing the rest of the mix. The JBL's give amazing bass response, but the best part for me is how clearly I can hear the other instruments/effects/sounds. Nothing compares to my wired AKG studio over ear headphones that I have, obviously, but I have to say for being earbuds, they are one of the better wireless earbuds I have bought. Now I'd love to try their more higher end ones and compare. Other features I love are how easy voice assistants like Siri are integrated. Just press your right ear bud two times and voila, she's right there. When you're on the phone I don't ever get complaints about not being able to be heard. Only con I have to say about these buds are that I wish there was a locater or someway to track them if you misplace them. For the price though, I suppose it's not a huge deal, but it would be nice. Great buy. No regrets at all!
