I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for well over a year now for several reasons - good price point, availability online or nearby retail stores, and obviously for the way it worked for my hair. However, I'm so sad to see the formula of the conditioner has recently changed- FOR THE WORSE! It used to have such nice slip to help with detangling, and the moisture it provided is just what us wavy haired ladies need. Now, the formula feels like it does NOTHING for my hair- no slip, no softness, no moisture. Almost like I didn't even use a conditioner. So, needless to say, I'll be on the search for another shampoo-conditioner combo. And, OGX, please consider changing the formula back!

I had bleached my hair to go to a lighter shade and the coconut miracle has done wonders on damage control. Every time I use it I can tell a difference in my hair. Plus it smells amazing. Paired with OGX Orchid Oil shampoo, I couldn't be more satisfied with the lasting color and health of my hair.

I was previously using Argan Oil of Morocco shampoo/conditioner which was nice but Coconut Miracle Oil is better! First, it really does make my hair so much silker and calms down the puffiness! Also, it smells LOVELY! I have the whole set: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cream. Please never get rid of these amazing products! Thank you OGX for great products that are cruelty free. People always ask me what bath products I use on my hair and I gladly tell them about this company!

I used to buy Nexxus, years ago. Then I found the miracle oil line from OGX. I switched and never went back, until now. Since OGX has decided to change the formula on the conditioner. I will be looking for a new product. It's very disappointing. I thought I had bought a bad bottle. The smell was different, the color, the texture. It does NOTHING for my hair now. The old formula used to leVe my hair silky smooth, shiny, detangled but now, I'm losing hair because the comb won't even go through it. It's horrible. I'd rather go back to my old product then pay money for this one. I've depleted my local stores of the old lot numbers so I'll be looking for a new conditioner.

After just using this shampoo (& the conditioner), I knew that I would be using it for a very long time. When I used it the first time, my hair was frizz-free, soft, and smelled amazing! I have very thin and oily at the roots, but dry at the ends with frizz, so frizz-free shampoos never worked and neither did moisturizing shampoos, fancy shampoos, etc. This one actually does work wonders!! So happy that I bought it. It's a HUGE plus that OGX is cruelty-free, so I feel great about using this product! Thank you OGX :)

I've been using OGX products for several years, now, and had been very pleased with the Coconut Milk collection. I have been using the Coconut Miracle Oil body wash and absolutely love it, so when I recently found my local store out of the Coconut Milk Conditioner, I decided to try this, instead; and all I can say is wow!! It makes my hair soft, full of moisture and super manageable. (For the record, my hair is about 18-20" long and I've been coloring it for many years, so it has quite a bit of damage.) I've spent way more on so-called "high-end hair products" with far less impressive results! The only complaint (if you can call it that) is that it doesn't seem to be available in a larger size!!

This shampoo and conditioner combo are quite possibly the worst hair care products I have ever used. My hair was increasingly stripped with every wash. It made my hair like straw. It took weeks of another product before it was back to normal. Would not recommend.

After 5 years of looking for something that cleans my hair and doesn't dry it out or make it feel all product-y, I finally found this shampoo and conditioner. I've tried literally dozens of products, including several from this same company, but nothing has worked. I don't feel like I have especially dry hair, but apparently coloring it makes it damaged. My previous shampoo overnight became "new and improved" (AKA ruined and horrible) and I'll never purchase anything from them again (looking at you L'O****). All I can hope for is that OGX keeps making this shampoo and conditioner, and I'll be a customer for life. I am so happy right now.

Ok, so my hair is a pretty thick Asian hair, and has nice waves, but the frizz and dryness because of shampoos not getting deep enough is REAL! I bought this with the conditioner and used it was instructed, and let me just say, IT SMELLS AMAZING. Like a really sweet coconutty scent with hints of vanilla. It has that fancy salon shampoo kinda smell to it too. Not to mention, my hair felt super soft and smooth already in the shower by just using the shampoo! Paired with the conditioner, it was like heaven. The conditioner glided on my hair so smoothly, just what I expected. Now, here's where all the results come in- when I went to brush out my hair, THERE WAS NO MORE TANGLES/STRESS OF COMPLICATED KNOTS. My brush just went through my hair smoothly! Typically I deal with lots of tangled knots right after I shower, and would need a detangler to fix it, but not anymore! This shampoo + conditioner combo fixed all of those pesky knots. And, I noticed that my hair didn't frizz up as much anymore, which is nice for a change since my hair tends to floof up to twice its size in the shower... But no! Its not crazy frizzy anymore. And lastly, when my hair dried pretty quickly, my hair was SO MUCH SOFTER. I swear, the whole day I kept touching my hair. It was THAT good! My hair is so bouncy, non-frizzy, soft, smooth, shiny, and just overall fantastic! Thanks OGX <3! Will def keep buying for sure.

It was difficult for my to pinpoint what my hair needed. It was broken and the ends were always getting tangled, along with my hair being very fine and delicate, I couldn't figure out what it needed most. I was standing in the hair product isle and reading all of the ogx descriptions (and smelling them, because who doesn't?) and this one caught my eye. I bought the set and noticed a difference after about two weeks. My hair is significantly softer and fuller than it was in the past! It is much easier to style, especially when I want to make my hair wavy. Plus it smells amazing! I even bought the lotion because I liked the smell so much.
