The incoming sound is clear

The incoming sound is clear and the volume is easy to control. I’ve been told the outgoing sound is very loud, clear but loud, so I’m learning to modulate my voice. I listen to music almost all day long and actually forget I have them on! I only wanted to try the bone conduction ear phones just to see how they would sound….I love them. I use them for music as well as phone calls and the sound is clear for both. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Just as advertised.

I love these headphones for just what they were meant for. To be able to listen to music/podcasts/ etc while still having heads up awareness and being able to hear all the elements around me. Sure I don't hear the music as well when I'm in high road traffic, but more importantly, I can hear said traffic. I am also aware of the people around me or when someone may be stepping into my blind spot. They exceed what is expected of them, and as being someone that works in the music industry, I wear these at work rather than ear buds, as with ear buds I found my ears ringing after prolonged wear. These have been an incredible investment and highly recommend these to anyone.

The refurbished offer was nice,

The refurbished offer was nice, but being a model newer than my previous ones, I found some things I didn’t like. The finish of the “earpieces” are smooth plastic vs the silicone coating of prior. This feels different and greasy. They also don’t fit as tightly to my head as the others, which lessens volume. Lastly, my partner can actually hear the sounds at distance vs the older model.

Great

Got these for my husband who runs outside regularly and we are both impressed! They are very comfortable and the sound is excellent! We probably could have sized down to the smaller size, but the regular still works and isn't uncomfortable in any way.

Amazing sound quality while maintaining awareness

When I ordered these headphones I wasn’t prepared for how good they would actually be. The sound is pretty amazing and I can still hear everything around me, especially since I live in NYC and there is always something to have to look out for (cars, trucks, ambulances). Sad to say but if you’re a woman, these are a must because it also allows you to be aware of your surroundings without compromising the motivation you get from whatever you’re listening to. Overall it’s a great buy for me!

Happy Driver

Happy with my OpenRun Pro headphones. Bought these mainly to listen to music when working in the yard and to replace the inoperable radio in my work trucks a few days a week. I mow, weedeat, and pressure wash with these around the house. With my protective safety earmuffs on and these, I can hear my music easily. It's a little harder to hear over the sound of the old Freightliner and Peterbilt trucks at work, but I adjust where they sit and make do. I obviously don't want to cover/plug my ears while CDL driving. Actually easier to hear in the front end loader than the trucks with the turbo whine. I can hear my music, directions from maps, calls, texts etc. Very pleased with my headsets.

Missed the Mark

Much better battery life than the titanium, but sound quality suffered. Sound is muddy and quiet. I have to take calls at max volume just so I can hear what the person is saying. Also not a fan of creating a proprietary charging system, it was better with a micro usb that could easily be replaced if lost or damaged.

Too much bass

The headphones themselves are pretty nice. Low enough profile that most people don't question it. Can be quiet enough to easily hear people while listening but loud enough to overpower them if you want. Comfy 9/10 times. The only thing holding this back is the bass, if I didn't have Dolby Atmos I wouldn't even listen to my music. It's a very muddy sound overall even with adjustments

My companion

The clarity is out of this world whether me that is receiving call or the person on the other side listening . I love it more when listening to music . I like the feel on my head, veery light and comfortable. I was about to go out a few days ago and I started looking for my shokz. Guess what? It was on my head . I that light and comfortable I love my bage color because it’s unique and trendy.

I love my Shokz, the

I love my Shokz, the sound quality is fantastic and the ability to maintain situational awareness is unparalleled; my only complaint is that there isn’t a convenient way to carry them aside from wearing them - the shape ensures that they will naturally work their way out of any pocket, and I have not yet devised of a secure method of carry outside of keeping them in their case in a bag. I’ve lost two pairs over the years but they're worth buying again. Perhaps I’ll try attaching them to a badge clip this time and see how that works.
