Product met overall expectations—a good compromise between safety and sound quality. Not an immersive audiophile product but a useful tool for my long slow runs. Surprisingly light weight unit with excellent fit. Intuitive controls. True graphic equalizer customization (for more low end and high end) would be highly desirable in future models. No regrets in purchasing these. They will replace my conventional (in-ear) wireless earbuds on the run.

I have a pair of earbuds that I've been using for years and I'm very happy with them, but decided that I probably ought to get the Shokz for running outside. So far, so good. They are more comfortable than I thought they would be. I can barely feel them, they stay put and honestly, it's nice not to have something in my ears for a change. The battery life is good, the sound is good. Only complaint that I have is that I'm used to my earbuds automatically turning on and connecting to my phone when I take them out of the case, and shutting off when I put them back in. Its a bit of an adjustment for me to remember to turn these on and off, but its not a big deal and I guess it makes sense, since they're not going back into a case like the earbuds. Anyway, I think I prefer using the Shokz for running either inside or on the treadmill, but will probably still use my earbuds for listening to audiobooks around the house. I'm glad I got them.

I like that they are light, sound quality is great. You can have a conversation and still hear your music. You can hear traffic when you are running. Please add another button to change music on the other ear. That tripple/double button pushing is just difficult when you are mid race.

I buy them mostly for calls and they sound great and the people hear me great too. But my head is apparently too small and they are sadly kind of big for me. The band is like 1 inch away from my head and is moving up and down if I wearing a bulky jacket for example.

Office time, running time, working in the yard, shop, etc. these are good for it all. Microphone pickup is good for listener and seems to not exaggerate some environmental noises as other Bluetooth ear buds do. Sound is plenty good enough for podcasts and music. Love open ear

Love love everything. I have 2 older models that are great (before them I never had bone conducting headphones). Those ones are AWESOME. sound is rven better than with the older, when I have them on I don't even feel them, pinching or pressure. I also really love how they are charged. No fumbling to get the USB into the headphones. Und love the color

Great for bike rides allowing me to hear the music as well as traffic. Muti-function button and phone capabilities work well. Using the multi-function button to 'go back one song' (i.e. triple click) is a little challenging to make behave as expected. Will definitely recommend to anyone that asks. :)

My GF has one, and I got one as well. The audio is great, both for listening and for noise cancelling when talking. Two big issues: 1- after 5-10 minutes of talking on a cell phone call, I can count on them dropping the call. 2- because of above, I chose to return them. Process was straightforward, but I have not heard back confirmation with shipping label after 4 days. This is really poor return practice.

If you're like me and share charging cords across devices, this is a super annoying to use. I keep a charging cord by my bed, in my car, by my sofa, and at work. I never have to move them, but can charge my phone, computer, headlamp, my other headphones and more - all using the charging cord most convenient when I need a charge. With this unique magnetic option I kept moving it from one place to another to charge and quickly lost it. Now I have unusable headphones. Universal charging cords are a major convenience. Wish I hadn't bought this set and that I could buy the older versions of shokz I used to have. The buttons are also not as easy to use as the prior versions.

Love, Love, love them. Comfortable, easy to operate, great sound quality. My third pair (upgrading each time). Every new job I go to I'm the ice breaker. I introduce them, let coworkers try them on, within two weeks half a dozen are being worn. More as time goes on. I should get a commission or bought stock in the company. I gave my last pair away to my Apprentice. He loves them. Buy a pair. You won't be disappointed. Over the ear, not in the ear, that's the comfort zone. Not one time have I been told at work by a supervisor or company man to take them off because of interfering with impeding or obstruction of hearing
