The open run pro is comfortable and easy to use. It charges and connects to phone quickly. I chose the mini. The fit is closer to the head and less obtrusive under a beanie. I road bike, disc golf, work, and fall asleep wearing these. I use them to add a hint of background noise to whatever I am doing. These are not for you if you want to block out the world. I wish there were more colors available for the mini. It would be cool is skin tone matching was an option.

Excellentt product! I’m not happy with the in-ear buds being uncomfortable and loosening when I exercise. Shokz are very comfortable with great sound quality for listening to music, podcasts and talking on the phone. The only thing to be cautious of would be using them in loud environments. They are not noise canceling if that is what you may be looking for.

I know that these are amazing head phones, but I was gifted a new pair, and unfortunately in the wrong size. Trying to get assistance in a return, that was a gift, was HORRIBLE. I have never experienced this with any other return process. Please have a customer support structure that can also match the quality of headphones. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I was skeptical of these - I am so excited I decided to try them. Typical earbuds tend to hurt my ears after an hour (even with the smaller tips) so and the Shockz are so comfortable that I forget I am wearing them. The sound and call quality is amazing - 10/10. Being able to wear these at work and still hear people knock on my door and alerts/calls on my computer - while listing to my music or podcasts is awesome - same for the gym. I was so skeptical and thought that everyone around me at the office or gym would be able to hear what was playing - NOPE. These are one of the best things I have bought for myself.

I like them. How they sit sometime hurts my head. I am also concerned about having a Bluetooth on my head. Sound is great. The features are good, just hard to remember how many clicks, etc. A learning curve, I guess. I would buy them again because of the sound. It also seems to cancel background noise better and differently than my other bluetooth.

I really really love them! They clear and I can still hear what is going on around me. I do wish they were a little bit smaller around the back of my head but as far as that they are perfect for what I need. I have not yet tried the answering phone calls yet.

My headphones failed (loose transducer) only a few weeks after my two-year warranty had expired. Shokz filed a claim on my behalf and replaced the unit. What a relief. Initially, due to strict software parameters I would guess, I was not able to file a claim. I contacted the customer happiness team and they responded immediately and let me know the unit would be replaced. Personally I love the headphones. I use them at work, on the golf course and while working out. I hate running, but do use during P90X workouts. If I had an issue to be critical about, some folks have complained about hearing my voice when using as a headset. So maybe the microphone needs a little improvement?

I wasn’t sure how good the sound quality would be as I had read both good and bad reviews for this type of device. I must admit, I was surprised at sound quality for both vocal and music. If you are on the fence, go ahead and make the purchase, you won’t be disappointed especially if you want something that you’ll forget you are wearing they are so light!

The open ear feature is great, but these have some software / firmware issues. Multipoint pairing is very problematic. Also, when used with Microsoft Teams on the web on my laptop, they constantly mute themselves over and over. I have to manually hold down two buttons simultaneously un mute but then they just mute themselves again. Many people have complained about this on help forums for Shokz, who then either gaslight customers or blame Microsoft etc. However, I had a similar issue with Zoom. Great concept for headphones, but some serious issues they need to resolve to keep their customer base.

Shokz is the top product on the market! It is wonderful to not have something in your ear! Not to mention the ease of wearing the headset. It is lightweight, you barely realize it is on you! Listening to music is to a new level! And if you are on a call, no one can tell you have a headset on!! Super quality! Will always own this! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
