Immediately after turning them on, I started having tinnitus. This ceased when I turned them off but they are unusable. Highly disappointed in the money spent. I tried on a pair at Sam’s prior to purchasing and did not experience this. Not sure if it is common with these or not, but no reviews mentioned this.

They are comfortable and do not interfere with my glasses. They have good audio quality and everyone seems to feel the mic quality is much improved over my previous headsets. The mic noise cancelling is also really impressive based on the feedback I gathered while on calls. My only issue so far is that the headset seems to disconnect from the Bluetooth while on a call randomly. This has happened often enough to wonder if there is an issue with my headset.

Love love love these. Wore them on my first half marathon the other day and they have become my go to for all outdoor running and riding. Simple to use, connection great etc. love a longer battery life for this ride run brick days, right now means charging after every use or every other use. Totally worth it though

The sizing by Shokz is incorrect. I originally purchased standard Open Run Pro and they were to large and had to return my purchase and get the Mini Open Run Pro! The sound quality is good but can’t turn the volume to max then the headset shakes on your cheeks. The battery life is great and fast charging. Be careful working out and dry the headset after and let them sit for a little before charging. I also had a phone call and all the sound was omitted so person on the other line couldn’t tell. They are very comfortable and can run with them without having to worry about it falling off.

Great way to enjoy music on walks and runs. Surprisingly clear audio with well defined highs, mids, and lows. They are high quality, and I feel it would be difficult to break them. The buttons are tactile and responsive, and have been quite effortless to learn.

I love these. I got a pair for my wife a year ago and since have wanted some myself. They are comfortable, secure, discreet and have the best charge time to battery life I have seen in any product. The connected app is useful too and offers an easy way to register your product and use the 2 EQ settings. If I had to criticize something I could only say that I wish there was a wider range of EQ setting or more diverse eq control as the sound quality can lack bass and that’s why I can’t say 5 star. But overall though these are exactly what I needed as they sit outside of the ear and allow me to hear my surroundings.

I was eager to love the OpenRun Pro, which is my third pair of Shokz. My first two pairs were OpenComm -- with each of those 2, after much use and a very good life, the Microphones failed, leading me to buy the next set. I thought that the Boom microphone was less important these days, given that TEAMS has built-in background noise cancelling these days, and figured that having no-boom could mean I'd get longer use of the OpenRun Pro. Unfortuneatly the microphone of the OpenRun Pro just isn't as dependable as I need for my headset to be, as I do use it for work. I guess I should have bought a 3rd set of the OpenComm :(. I wish I loved the OpenRun Pro! they just have to make the microphone clearer for my intended use.

I’m the rare exception. I drive a scooter, and although it’s not very loud, its loud enough to make these useless. Besides that they weren’t “good” enough on their own to be worth keeping. The audio quality equates to a cheap set of headphones, the ones you stuff in a drawer with all your micro usb chargers. This seems to be as advanced as this technology is, and it is really cool. I’ll just be excited to see what they’re doing in 3 years. (I’ll start saving now)

I had the originals, so waiting so long for this generation is a marked difference. My last finally just snapped right at the earpiece. These are super light and do not interfere as much with my glasses and sunglasses like the last. In other words, no pain after a couple hours of wearing them. The sound is great, and I’ve always appreciated hearing my surroundings. Talking on the phone/mic is apparently very clear on the other end. Highly recommend.

When compared to my beats or AirPods, the system interface really pales in comparison. It’s clunky, and I miss the ability to switch between my devices. Along with that, it seems like I need to be on volume 15/20 to actually hear whatever I’m playing, especially if it’s not music. Music sounds great, but it doesn’t work as well for podcasts or audiobooks. Other people can hear a bit of the audio as well.
