I've used aftershokz for years now. This model doesn't seem to have as good of sound quality like the areopex. Battery life, as always is fantastic and I love being able to hear what is going on around me. They don't bounce on runs and the bright color these come in makes them harder to lose.

This is my 3rd pair. The only reason I have replaced is lost and braking the last pair. I have had ear wax problems for 30years, and these are the only alternatives for me. Great sound, can still hear what is going on around me, and very comfortable. And did I mention, GREAT Sound.!!!!!

Open design allows you to hear the surrounding environment, which allows me to wear it during work. I can listen to podcasts and still be able to hear my colleagues. The best part comes with bone conduction. I had been slowly losing hearing (no eardrum) until I lost it completely after surgery (hopefully only temporarily) when they had removed those three important bones in the ear. With these headphones, I still can enjoy music and podcasts!

Love that I can hear people and things around me, while wearing these - because they sit near my ear instead of inside. They are easier to handle than tiny air buds that fall, fall out of my ear and are sometimes too small for my arthritic hands to hold.

Bone conduction is really remarkable. I've got so many headphones, Bose, Samsung buds, Jabras, I'll probably use these the most out of all of them. They're comfortable, they work great, and I can hear around me (which no other headphone can really say). I bike a lot and being able to hear around you is so important while riding. It's also really nice to talk on the phone without feeling like your ears are "plugged." You don't get crazy settings, ambient noise projection, noise canceling, customizable/programmable touches, always-on microphone to trigger Alexa/Google assistants like other headphones (although the multi-point pairing works nicely between my phone/computer), but what you get in return is great battery life, great fit, and great sound.

If using the headphones with my computer and my phone I need to disconnect and connect again... not very cool. Everything else is perfect. These headphones are extremely useful due that one they are bone conductors and can be used all day everywhere as the battery is long lasting

I got these for gravel and MTB riding. I ordered the standard size based on the sized recommendation and the fit was too big for me. The back of the headphones hit my back when I was in the drops or tilted my head back. I had higher expectations for the sounds quality. My Jaybird vistas sound tremendously better, but that is apples vs oranges so I won’t hold this against them too much. The thing that really made me send mine back was that once I was moving at speed the wind noise drowned out the headphones. I could not understand my audiobook at all when I was moving. I message the Shokz team about an exchange for the mini and didn’t her back for 2 days, in which time I just decided to return them. I really wanted to like these, but in the end they were not worth the cost for the performance for me.

I purchased the regular open run pro over a year ago and was very impressed with the comfort, battery life and sound, which are all excellent. I also have the open fit buds, which are awesome and have tried the mini open run that I returned because I was disappointed with basically everything. However, the mini open run pro are now my go-to headphones. It's nice that they are sleeker and have all the same excellent qualities of the regular open run pro

My husband and I both have a pair and love them! Setup and connectivity are simple. Being able to hear everything around is impressive. We both have small ears and these are a life changer - no more earbuds falling out of my ears and having sore ears. Along with small ears I, myself, have a small framed neck and skull - the mini is the closest fit I could get, but wish they were just a bit smaller. Meanwhile we tend to forget we have them on. I hope these last longer than other headphones/earbuds I have had in the past. If they last the price is well worth it.

I love Shokz headphones. My feedback, which is a drawback, these are not loud enough when there's noise (street noise, wind, etc.) The buttons are fairly fragile so i worry I'm going to press them too hard and break them (especially when I can't hear whether they turned on or off.) Fix these two issues and these are golden. Now, they are good... but not perfect.
