I LOVE them, I have had issues with ear buds because I can only use them in my left ear. With these headphones I can actually listen to music and talk on the phone with no problem and my right ear does not hurt. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone 100% worth the price. I have tubes in my ears and have no issues listening to music or talking on the phone. Very easy to install.

I love the mini style they are so much more comfortable than the regular. The battery life and fast charge are great. So far the sound quality is great. Music sounds great. However, I miss being able to quickly dial the last call from my head phones. I would love to have the option of rewinding and fast forwarding 30 sec because I listen audiobooks and podcasts and not a lot of music. I also have trouble with a loud beep when I am using the phone it’s quite obnoxious All and all this is my second pair of headphones from this company and I would by again

I really hoped these would be the answer to my listening needs! They arrived and sound quality is great but they just don’t fit my head (bought the mini). The ear parts are just not the right size and they slide down making it impossible to hear. The shape of the curve is too deep for the anatomy of my ears. I’ve been trying to reach customer service for 2 weeks and have been unable to get through due to high volume calls or maintaining on the line which is frustrating.

My Shokz Pro is more than expected. I hesitated because of the cost but this device is nothing short of amazing. I am a walker. My thing is audio (words, talks, conversation, lectures), not music. Sound is cryatal clear while my ears are completely open and aware of what is happening around me. Setup and control adjustments are simple. Battery life is significantly more than I need in a day. Wind noise is a greater nuisance than with an in the ear device. However, in my judgment, audio awareness of what is happening around me is essential. As long as they last, I'm a happy camper...er walker.

Similar to another review I read before purchase, in louder environments you need the volume cranked up all the way but the Shokz will badly distort and force you to lower the volume to a level so they wont distort deeming them useless. They work great in quiet environments but for snowboarding, driving and crowds forget about it.

Really good battery life.. good quality music. It’s capabilities of working in a helmet for riding is nice put ear plugs And can use as for the controls I don’t use them most the time I do wish when I answer on my phone it would go to BT and if not used to them it’ll give a headache being tight on your head like glasses ..

I had the older version of these which was the aftershokz air and they have been used every single day for the past 3 or 4 years. They were just now starting to break down around the speakers so I was hesitant to buy this new pair. I was very surprised with the increase in performance and how much smaller and lighter these new ones are. Hopefully they last as long as the other pair!

I have been a big fan of Apple AirPods but over time these in ear buds started to irritate my outter ears. It was time for a change and the bulky over the ear headphones were not for me. After some online research I found Shokz and let me tell you WOW!!!. I use these to listen to music only and must say I’m very surprised. I’m not saying these sound like your in a concert venue, but pretty darn close. The sound is crisp and clear with some pretty decent base. Comfort is great with absolutely no irritation of my ears. Thanks Shokz. You now have a new customer.

I Really enjoy Shokz...this is my fourth pair. However, I do have to say, that somehow the sound quality in this new pair seems quite weak. The volume is very low, and the bass almost does not exist. Compensating with the phone EQ does help, but I expected better for the new GEN.

They’re pretty quiet, even at full blast. When you try to crank em up, rather than really hearing them better, it feels like they’re just buzzing on your skin. I also have the Waterproof ones. Those actually get pretty loud without the buzzing feeling. The battery last longer on those than what was stated, just because I don’t have to go full blast. I also downloaded the app that allows you to change the EQ. There’s no notable difference between the 2 EQs though.
