This is my third set of these. I use them for everything and absolutely love them. These are the best ones yet. I also love that you upgraded to a hard case shell for them and not the soft because I think my last ones broke because of the soft case.

I’ve owned four pairs of Shokz since they came out and these have great sound, but the least comfortable so far. I can wear my others for hours and forget they are on. These begin to bother in about an hour. Still love Shokz, but not these as much.

The fit and clarity are good. I would have liked a fuller sound. I find that I have to put the volume higher than I want to get the full sound that I prefer

Use it when I walk or cycle. Allows me to clearly hear sounds around me. Great for podcasts and audio books. Music picks up only midrange sounds. Great battery life and recharges really fast.

The one (minor) improvement to the instructions, should have included a section on charging the headset. The existing instructions are super easy to follow... they just need a section regarding charging the headset.

Sound , comfort, usability is 10/10 is just there is a light the is always on that drain batteries and if it use it on high volume for to long they turn off

The sound quality is excellent, its easy to control...when im on my bike or just working i can easy hear and be aware of my surroundings. These are top notch!! Im going to get pairs of these for my son and daughter in law for xmas...

The sound volume is too low, compared to my opencomm, and I had many problems with the multipoint. I sent a message to support which was never responded to, so I gave up on it and returned after two weeks of struggle

Most times the sound is great. The connection is somewhat suspect though. Daily I lose connection for less than a second at a time. It is enough to notice and be distracting.
