Omg....picked this up on a whim....added seared shrimp and some noddles made a great meal in under 30 minutes.

Great! Used microwave to cook. Had with hamburger pattie with onion & mushrooms & brocolli spears. Hint of hot & spices plus sweetness went perfect.

This is the best short of making it yourself if you could.

This corn is real flavorful and makes an excellent side dish! We did this last night with shredded chicken, and added sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese. We didn't have any rice or shredded lettuce, but I imagine those would be good too. Some made as bowls, others ate with Tostito's Scoops, and some had w/soft tortillas. My beautician also loves this, so I know we aren't alone in liking it.

This is a good side dish....just not as tasty as I hoped. But it adds variety!
