For the first few weeks it ran great but seemed like as time went on it got louder and louder !

Loud noise

This product has never been all that great for a 12k BTU wall unit, but it did it's job. That is until last week. The unit only cools for 10 mins and then displays an E8 error. I have contacted support and hope to receive a replacement unit but I am not holding my breath.

Stopped working in 11 months.

I bought this unit to put in my family room that is 600 sqft and it cools it perfectly! For the price, I got more than what I expected. There is no putting the unit together. Just open the box, put it in the window and plug it in and you're done! Glad I searched before I bought
