I've had this unit installed for 3 weeks and it works really good. reason for 4 stars is the vent controls. really can just adjust up and down

BOUGHT IT BECAUSE MY CENTRAL UNIT WAS GOING OUT AND THIS WORKED JUST GREAT FOR ME. COOLED MY HOUSE DOWN IS ABOUT 30 MINUTES.

Great quality product at a reasonable prize would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new window unit.

Blows really cold - which is really good - in an upstairs, west-facing bedroom in Texas! Love it! Only wish it was serviceable.

Bought this AC in April 2017 and at the end of August was cleaning the filter when I noticed black stuff in the back of the unit where air comes out. It is Black Mold. I am now having to be tested for that as is both of my cats.

I just LOVE it. I live in a mobile home and don't have a house AC just this window unit. And it keeps my house cool. I have my kitchen and my living room one after the other, and this AC does a really good job in keeping it cool in both areas.
