Every time the temperature hit about 95 outside the AC eliminates E8 and the compressor shuts down! We have cleaned the coils and thermostat seems to work fine in cooler temps! We have a GE large unit and the compressor won't shut off at all, even when unit is OFF, we have to unplug it! My last GE product!!!!
