Nicely done. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect because the new online ordering app isn’t quite as specific as I believe it should be. The cookie cake was light and airy, not heavy. It was a huge hit, although I would have done a little bit thinner icing between the two layers. It was a tad bit sweet.

Everyone loves cookie cake and Sam's has really good ones! Had heard that Sam's had discontinued the cookie cakes but was so glad that I was able to order them. Guess they just don't have them ready made and need to be ordered. Hope it's not just a seasonal thing (graduation, etc.).

The cookie cake is a big hit with my family. My kids all prefer it to a birthday cake. We're glad Sam's Club brought it back. We don't live near a Sam's Club warehouse, so it is a once in a while treat.

No one bakes a better cookie cake than Sam’s! Double layer with icing in the middle. Custom design on the top. They added the graduation decor they used on their sheet cake at my request. Everyone loved it!

Cookie exceeded my expectations and you can't beat the price anywhere! We had many comments on it. I thought Sam's quit making these. I am so glad they didn't. It was very pretty also.

This is always awsome, dont line it now needs to be pre order.. they need to being it back to shelf to buy at anytime.

I was looking for light pink for the border frosting, but the only option online was coral, which did look pink. When I picked it up, it was an orange shade of coral. The baker said that this is a frequent issue because the online picture looks like pink, but in actuality it is an orange. They were able to scrape it off and redo in a true light pink. The cookie cake was stellar in taste as usual!

This was a yummy hit every one at our party like this. This was more for the elderly people who preferred something sweet but not so sweet and could have just as little or as much as they wanted.

TERRIBLE customer service! My son wanted a graduation cookie cake from Sams club for party May 3. Has to be ordered online. Cookie cake isn’t an option. Turns out it’s there’s a system error that you have to go around (staff refused to help in store). Says you can order 30 days in advance but you can’t - only til last day of that month. Staff refused to help in store. Graduation cakes weren’t an option to order until just before May (staff did not know this and refused to help in store). I was worried I wasn’t going to get this ordered in time and was just going to buy one at Kroger!

Our cookie cake looked awful and totally unprofessional. The writing looked like a child had done it- with cursive, capital print and small print letters, in the same words, and spelling errors. For some of the words/letters, the icing had been "wiped" off to try for a second time, leaving a "stain" . Congratulations was spelled with a z at the end instead of an s; the lady fixed that for me upon pick up. The icing under the picture was uneven and not covering the entire picture-looking lumpy and odd. By luck, there was not a lot of icing between the cookies, which was fine as we prefer less icing in the middle.
