Great air conditioner! You can barely hear it and it keeps a large space very cool even during high temperatures. Bought 2 of these as additional units for my house and am thinking about replacing the older 2 units since I love this so much. Definitely recommend!

The U design for the window to fit into is genius. the kit is easy and secure. the cooling is excellent, and very quiet. The buttons have nice touch. I thought I'd bought heat and air, but messed up and only got air. Be sure, if you want heat to get the right one.

This AC is so quiet compared to my the other portable AC. The power draw is way less but cooler than my portable AC which claims 10000 btu. I can use it's smart app to schedule the whole day.

Very quiet wish I bought two! I have a different unit in the bedroom and it's so loud I can't think. I wish I had bought a second one to replace it. Because the Midea is in my living room and about 5 times quieter. The app works but Alexa has never worked properly!!! Would have been 5 stars otherwise!

Terrible experience, took 2 hours to install the unit with the accessories. Turned it on and EC07 shows up. Midea provided zero help telling me to return the unit. Well that's great and then what? Sams has no replacement unit to send out to me. And now have to take it back to FedEx. Ridiculous waste of my time on the weekend.

Does not work at all. Arrive with a broken Compressor. Error code 07
