They taste great! I believe I get a lot of good vitamins and minerals from them. They kind of kept me alive when my husband died. I didn't feel like eating so I just drank a lot of these in different flavors and V8 for my vegetables and I was really healthy during that time. so I love them.

Perfect for on the go before work instead of needing a blender. I just mix in my supplements and that's it. Smooth and not clumply, just shake it when you first by it.
