I slept on these sheets at friends, very awesome. Ordered some for my house, sleep in my birthday suit at home. Scratchy awful sheets, made it only two nights. I plan to wash them several times and see if they get better. But after washing once they sucked.

Sam's used to be my 'go-to' source for sheets, but not any more!! Since the pandemic, the quality has gone WAAAAYY down. I purchased a set during the height of the pandemic that had different material/color on the top sheet and bottom sheet. I had no choice but to keep them because my only king set had worn out. I decided to try Sam's sheets again just a couple months ago and they are no longer acceptable quality sheets, so I returned them. They are thinner and scratchier than they used to be 4-5 years ago. So disappointed...

These sheets are comfortable to the touch and fit a king mattress very well. However, after initial laundering and a couple nights sleep they start to ‘pill’ extensively. Not just a little pilling, noticeably on your body and floor. Buy a better quality sheet for the same money at a Home Goods or TJ Maxx.

I Just received these today, with high hopes given the high thread count and because they're supposedly made from Egyptian cotton. I opened the package and, as others have noted, smelled an unpleasant odor, similar to stale vomit. I am leery of opening them fully to feel the quality and washing them them to see if the odor lingers, as I have not removed them fully from the out package yet and can still easily slide them back into the outer package, Any advice would be appreciated.

I am very sorry to report that these were NOT quality. I have never had sheets tear up in 6 months. I gave these to my daughter and she told me they ripped in several places. I just can't imagine this, but yes, they did. I love SAMS and its products - but this one, for whatever reason, was a total fail. I've had sheets that have lasted more than a decade easily, with no problems, and not this expensive. So, I'm not sure what the problem is here, but there's a quality control issue for sure.

I purchased these sheets approximately 18 months ago. Upon arrival I was satisfied with the quality and really liked that the set included 4 pillow cases. But now I'm completely disappointed. The fitted sheet has completely shredded. You can literally rip it with your hands. The sheets have not been abused nor washed incorrectly or with bleach. Do better Sam's! Also, save yourself some headache and money and dont buy these.

These can be hit or miss. I buy these every year. sometimes they are smooth and sometimes they are scratchy. I scored this time!! I bought the beige/off white and they are just as they used to be. SO silky feeling. I slide right in to bed. they are cool and crisp feeling. I LOVE THESE!!!

I liked the thickness of these sheets and the fact that they are 100% cotton. They are a bit scratchy but much better with fabric softener. The first set I bought shredded after a few washings. I thought maybe I just received a bad set, so I bought another. Unfortunately the same thing happened again. Save your money and buy something else.

These sheets are a 700 thread count and are very soft to the touch. The sheets and pillow cases washed very nicely with no piling. These sheets also did not shrink in the dryer which was very impressive. I also like that this sheet sets are ultra soft, wrinkle free and fit a standard 9-20” deep mattress. The sheets smelled very fresh and clean after washing and were very soft to the touch. When sleeping on the sheets and pillow cases, I noticed how soft, cool and comfortable these sheets and pillowcases are. These sheets are made of 100% cotton and were very cooling to sleep on throughout the night.
