The diamonds go all the way around the bracelet, so it doesn't matter what position it's in on your wrist, as you'll always see sparkling diamonds. The prongs holding in each diamond appear to be solidly designed. The safety latch is very secure, almost too secure to the point where I have to ask one of my kids to help me unlatch it at the end of the day. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. I got it on sale, too, so even a better value considering the total carat weight of diamonds included.
