It appears to be very well built and supporting documentation is good. It is a Tri-fuel generator and it started easily in all fuel modes, gas, lpg,and ng. I have been looking at buying a generator for some time and decided on the Champion and very glad I did.

I use this generator in a few different ways. I will sometimes take it to the job site where I either use gasoline or propane, it depends what I have at that time. At my house I hook it up to natural gas. I use it as a back up to recharge my solar batteries and while it's charging the batteries it will run the lights and appliances at the same time. With it's electric start my power inverter will automatically start the generator. I also take it up to the cabin when I go honey I usually run out on gasoline up there. I really like the volts and amps read out screen and how much volts and amps I am using so I don't overwork the generator. I love the warranty, the hoses that came with it, the ease of use and the Tri fuel option. With the wheels and handle it's really easy to maneuver it where you need it. There wasn't any damage and shipping it arrived sooner than I anticipated and in my mind you cannot beat it.

Just a bit into use, but first impressions: easy set up, easy start, works as advertised. Clear instructions. Seems very full featured, and like the flexibility of 'tri-fuel.' We are running on natural gas. I wouldn't describe as quiet, but running @ 30 ft from our home with windows closed... it blends in as white noise. The NG hose fittings weren't an exact match for our setup & required a trip to the hardware store. With detail on that (quick fit one end, flared/threaded the other) I could have purchased the needed bits in advance.

Purchased to have backup home power after two winters with extended outages. Really easy assembly. Didn't start at first (via the battery), but I let it sit 10 minutes and then tried again (this time manual) and it cranked right up. Very happy with the purchase. Confirm you have a good place to store it before purchase :]

I bought this for back up power and have not needed to use it for that yet (hopefully I wont ever need to). I wanted to start it up to verify it worked and could not get it going using NG. It took a long time to get through to customer support but when I did they were able to get me going. we were able to start it using propane. Once it started using propane I was able to then start it using NG.

I just bought this generator and have not had a chance to use it for an extended period of time. I bought this as I wanted a Natural gas option without me having to modify anything on a brand new tool. I will say i was hesitant to purchase as it didn't have a 50 Amp option on the panel, so I needed to purchase an adapter from 30 to 50 to hook up to my house. I feel this was the best option and with the ratings I was seeing it made sense for me to move forward.

Generator runs really well on gasoline and not as loud I expected. Was able to power many essentials items in my home using the 30A receptacle. However, have had difficulty starting on either propane or natural gas, even though I followed the instructions in the manual and read all the reviews concerning this. Spoke with Technical Support and they believe it might be an issue with the pressure regulator. Will have to swap the regulator to see if that resolves it. The tri-fuel capability was the primary reason I purchased this brand.

Anyone who has need of a generator this is the entire package never be without even with a fuel shortage. Gasoline, propane and natural gas three reliable options, and, at least one should be available during a crisis. Couldn't be happier and really easy assembly. Great work Champion!

My emergency preparedness is complete with this generator. I'm surprised there are so few portable natural gas generators on the market, but it doesn't matter, because this one is great! I have it set up for natural gas but I love that it is ready to go for propane or gasoline in a pinch. Would definitely recommend it.

I bought this product primarily due to its versatility of being able to run on gasoline,(although I intend to never run it on gas due to storage issues) natural gas or propane. After reading the instructions, it took about an hour to set it up and test it with propane. It fired right up and I ran for about 30 minutes with absolutely no issues. I am running a natural gas line to where I intend to set it up with my objective to power a 1000 sq ft area of my home on the generator. That will include, the AC, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer and of course our TV. We will be self sustained in our TV room (where we spend most of our time anyway) for quite a while on our natural gas fuel source. At this point i am very impressed with this product and am recommending it to me children.
