Very quality work. Very easy to assemble. Instructions easy to read. We wanted a generator to work efficiently on natural gas. Plumbed in to where our water heater connects. Started first try.

I have not used the product yet but the customer service was outstanding. I received a damaged unit and without any hesitation a new unit was sent to me. This is how customer service is suppose to be and all sellers should react this way.

It is a really easy start. Dependable. I like the option of being able to use different fuels. It powers everything in our house

Only fired it up not used an emergency yet but fire's right out eas assembly what little stuff there was to put together nice looking product

Found this generator that works for me, having the ability to quickly connect to my natural gas supply and within minutes restore power to my home.

It is very user friendly. I do like that it came with it's natural gas line that I was able to install to my gas line very easily.

I use this generator to power my house when the electricity goes out. It's easy to use and performs well.

Have unit set up to auto connect to home and running on natural gas. Great little unit, pretty quite.

It got us through the hurricane. It had enough wattage to run what we wanted as nd it was fairly was quiet!!

Good so far. Only complaint is its loud. Initial start took a bit on gasoline. But runs well, pulling initial 13ampsstarting a saw, no problem.
