Handsfree performance using Windows 10

It fails to performed as espected on Windows 10. Crackling sound appears during Handsfree use on meeting apps.

Please make sure that the Bluetooth drivers on your computer are updated. If you're using a third-party app for conference calls, please check that you've selected Tune 500BT as the audio input and output device.

Awesome product!

Great sound...blocks outside noise very well..battery lasts a ridiculously long time...a week of use and still haven't charged! Excellent purchase!
