Great bass

Bought this for my love as a Christmas gift. The sound is clear and the bass is lovely. For the price range, this is a great buy for the dollar

Didn't feel comfortable

I just got my headphones a week ago..when I tried I noticed that this set is designed for little kids or people with small heads.

IT GOLDENSTANDARD I JUST BROUGHT THEM TO TRY THEM OUT BUT THE QUALITY IT GOID IT LOYD BUT NOT LOUD ENOUGH TO CAUSE HEADACHES SO IT PERFECT FOR ME

Worked for couple month

Worked couple of months. now won't turn on or charge. Loved it when it worked and bought it for a freind also

Was great for about 3 uses

Worked great for about 3 or 4 times until the left side quit working. Tried all the fixes on youtube and Google but nothing helped sadly.

Awesome sound and bass.

Sounds great like my JBL home speakers. The bass and sound is awesome and much better than my old headphones. Would highly recommend them.

I can hear it when it's not even on my head

When I put this on lowest volume I can put it 10 feet away from me and still here it. If I wear it I feel like I will go deaf in 10 seconds

We appreciate the review you've provided us. Here are some troubleshooting steps for us to check your JBL Tune 500 BT: 1. Please try using a different music player and If you're using an equalizer, turn it off. 2. Try using a different source ex. (phone, tablet) to check if the sound quality is the same using a different device. If steps above didn't work you can also reset the headphones: Long Press of volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. When reseting, LED will blink faster. If the problem persists, you may check your options with the store where you purchased the headphones.
