My earphones changed name

My headphone JBL 500BT suddenly changed its name to VA9625 and now isn't working properly. HELP PLS!

You may try to perform a factory reset by long pressing the volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device.
