Great for the price

Bought these 4 weeks ago. I do not like the ear buds. I did not want to spend a fortune and tried the JBL 500 BT. I would pay double for these as the sound is on point. Another product that JBL foes not disappoint. Looking for an economical headphone these are it and you will be glad you did. Do not let the price fool you. I would buy these 10x over.

Stuttering sound when using with Mac

Works fine with a phone but when paired with a laptop it's unusable. Sound stutters every 20-30 seconds when listening to musing or watching videos. I've done hours of googling and troubleshooting - hard setting different bluetooth codec, making sure no application is using the built-in mic on the headset. Everything's fruitless, it is still SBC used. AptX isn't supported but AAC should

My son bought this with his own money here is his review: I really like these headphones they look cool, they are not heavy on my ears and head, it charges really quick and I enjoy listening to music on these. Its really soft on my ear and a great price. I would recommend this to everyone.

Very Disappointed

I bought it based on good feedback, but when I used it, it was not as expected. I worked well the first week only. Beyond that week, 30-45 minutes or so into a meeting, it starts acting weird and cutting off. I have to disconnect and reconnect for it to work. The longer the meeting, the shorter the intervals. I thought the device I got was broken. So, I got a replacement from the shop, but the same thing happened after a week of use. It seems that this model is defective, at least in my case. But it is my first experience with JBL, so I am not sure if I will use it again.

Reliable product even over time

I have a pair of this model for 3 years now. After all this time I thought the quality of the sound or battery would go down, but it wasn't the case, impressive! I have bought again today,the same model I had, this model made a great impression on me and I would really recommend it. Clarity, bass, battery lifespan. All the needs are right here!

Does not work with Windows 10

I got this as a gift in 2019 and now I am working from home. I kept having problems with distortion when using the headphones on Zoom and Teams calls. After some investigation, this is a universal problem among JBL Bluetooth headphones on Windows 10. Do not buy if you want to use this as a headset with your pc.

Our JBL Tune 500BT is designed to work with any Bluetooth capable device. Please avoid places where there could be interference ex. Wi-Fi routers. Because Wi-Fi signal is stronger than Bluetooth. poor quality

I bought these headphone a while back and was not to impressed when I used them on zoom, skype etc. they would not work and make the whole experience utterly miseable i could not get any work done otherwise there fine but they totally suck thank you goodbye

Decent sound. Poor connectivity

Recently bought a pair of these and they really have a nice sound for the money, the frame is good but can put a fair amount of pressure after a few hours of use. They are, indeed, pure bass experience, so best suited for that type of music, and if you want to listen to something that's not bass-dependent, you must play with the equalizer and cut the bass out completely. The biggest problem I'm having is the connectivity. I can't connect them to any of the PCs, laptops and MacBooks (Win10/Big Sur 11.2.3), but the mobile connection is great, and they sound great. Even the mic is good for the phone calls but due to its placement, it picks up everything around you.

Terrible

I litterly bought these today. I purchased due to my school work being online due to Covid 19. These are the worst headphones I have purchased first off not noise canceling. I have better noise canceling from the headphones that came with my cell phone. Now I charged these up for many hours. Didn't hold a charge. But when I tried them out with my laptop within 2 minutes of my video turtoring (not live) Litterly sounds like robots or slowed down completely. REconnection sounds fine then again 2 minutes in same thing. try again and still nothing. Do not waste your money on these. Worst ever nd will be returning tomorrow for a full refund. I will probably never purchase a product from this company again.

Very Confused

I am very happy with this product. I got it to connect to my phone and all but I have some issues. I was very careful on what I was doing and found that they are not connecting to my PC. (Dell, Windows 10) It does not seem to pick up the headphones. The phone can do it but the PC can't. Is there something wrong with them? My PC is okay with other bluetooth devices.
