JBL Tune 500BT- not working on MS Teams

Although an excellent headphone for other applications it's not working for MS Teams for what I bought it for - Very disappointed

MS teams does not work

simply, I cannot use it on MS teams because I hear a robotic voice instead of my colleagues. Terrible, please find a solution together with MS!

Completely garbled noise right out of the box!

Received them today. Completely garbled noise from speakers and mic. Really didn't expect such low quality. Will return!

Very loud buzzing background noise

Theres very loud buzing background nosie. It is the same on every device that I connect, so I suppose its headphones issue.

Not able to charge

I'm not able to charge this headset after 4 months of using. Can turn on or charge. Very disappointing saying the least

This product was for daughter as a gift. She loves it, I've used it and can tell you everything is good. Bass, sound etc.

Great quality, battery life lasts long. Bluetooth connection is awesome, you can be about 15-25 feet from your phone and the music will still be playing. Comfortable and easy to carry
