Vita coco is my go-to buy for coconut water, which I love! It has electrolytes so keeps me hydrated and tastes really good.

I like adding this to smoothies. Sometimes I drink it by itself too. I really wish that it was sold in glass bottles though.

It’s as close as you’ll get to juice from a pure coconut. Definitely heathy and good for you. I even mix in my smoothies.
