[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a back and side sleeper. My previous mattress would leave me with numb arms and legs at times. The TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt is FIRM and provides great support yet it also molds to my body to prevent pressure points. I am fairly active so have sore muscles from my workouts. With this mattress I don't not feel those sore muscles like I used to on my old mattress. The Memory Foam fits like a glove and adjusts seamlessly as I turn from back to side sleeping. Your are paying a premium for this mattress but the quality is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Tempurpedic bed. It replaced the first one in our master bedroom...that one became a guest bed for my daughter's new apartment. The third is in our RV. I must admit the thought of a firm bed was scary at first but it sleeps so well and is so adaptive to your body that it doesn't feel like a rock, only supportive. We fully recommended this bed for a restful nights sleep.

This is our second. The first was good foe 15 years before human sized body divots drove us mad. Four years in a knock of and we are back. There was no adjustment period. It was perfect from the first night. This one is not as good at absorbing your partner's movements but it's a small price to pay for a good night's sleep.

We are Tempurpedic fans. We have had a split king adjustable unit for about seventeen years. The two mattresses finally needed replacing. Our previous mattresses were firm. My husband is not real picky, but after our original purchase in about 2003, said he regretted a little not getting a softer mattress for his side. So when we ordered the two twin long LuxeAdapt mattresses, we ordered one firm for me and one soft for him. He is satisfied with his. I am not with mine. The one I am using is labeled firm, but neither of us can detect any difference between his soft and my firm mattress. I don't know if mine was mislabelled or what, but it is not firm, which I prefer and need. I don't really want to go through the process of exchanging it, but I probably am. I certainly hope Tempur-pedic still makes a firm mattress.

I have neck and hip issues, so my TEMPUR-pedic provides reliable comfort for me every night. I made the mistake of trying a "copy-cat" mattress - wow. Saggy, poor craftsmanship - no comparison in comfort and quality. So, when we needed to buy a mattress for our new summer home, I knew it had to be TEMPUR-pedic as I wanted to replicate our mattress in Arizona. I normally would never "call to order" - but I am so glad that I did call TEMPUR-pedic directly. It was by far one of the very best buying experiences ever. Our TEMPUR-pedic rep found a current mattress style that matched the one we purchased 8 years ago (which we still love), and he was spot-on - we have the same wonderful sleeping experience in Washington as we do in Arizona! It is notable that our new mattress and our old 8 year-old mattress sleep and feel the same - such great quality. From working with a knowledgeable, friction-free customer service representative to having the most communicative, on-time delivery we have had from ANY company to our island home, TEMPUR-pedic has provided us with a quality, head-to-tail experience. I have a chronic autoimmune illness that also causes constant pain. I've also had osteoarthritis in my back since my early 20s (and I'm now 51), and literally wore out my body between the physical stress of military and competitive kickboxing. I have slept on a Classic tempurpedic for the past 16 years. Sleep difficulties and waking up hurting let me know I needed to replace my mattress, but I've been nervous about doing it. I finally took the plunge and bought the firm LuxeAdapt. It is AMAZING! I am primarily a side sleeper (true side and side/partially on back or stomach). I also sometimes sleep on my back. The mattress fully conforms to the body, but in a supportive way with no excessive pressure anywhere. I have only slept on it a few nights, but have not woken up this relaxed in a really, really, really long time. I am not sure what people are talking about regarding break in time or the mattress being too firm at first. I felt the mattress was absurdly comfortable from the moment it was places on my adjustable base. The only reason I can think of is that they've never slept on a tempurpedic before. I am beyond ecstatic with this mattress!

I have chronic back, shoulder, and joint pain due to arthritis. I was a little sore through my shoulders and hips the first couple nights and then starting sleeping great...it does take about a week to fully break in. I look forward to going to bed each night and wake up feeling refreshed and without any back pain. I would buy this bed again in a heartbeat.

Our new Tempur-LuxeAdapt moved semi-restful nights to superb rest in one night. We had slept on a Tempurpedic at our daughter's home-she has two and one in her guest room-which convinced us we needed to replace our 15 year old mattress with one like hers, and we are so thankful we chose to do so! We have surely invested in better health through excellent rest on our LuxeAdapt. Thank you for a wonderful product!

Admittedly, my wife and I were somewhat hesitant to buy a mattress online without trying it out first. The more reviews we read, the more convinced we were that the Tempur-Pedic was exactly what were looking for. We are happy to share that the Tempur-Pedic has exceeded our expectations. We no longer wake up tired. It is so refreshing when first going to bed and sleeping the night through is the rule, as opposed to the exception. Our only regret is that we didn't buy a Tempur-Pedic sooner.
