The best mattress I had in a very long time! I wish I bought this mattress a long time ago. I've been through so much pain with my shoulders and my back, but since I got this mattress I'm able to have an amazing nights sleep without pain. Only comfort. Thinking of buying one for my guest room!

We've had the mattress almost 6-7 weeks now and regret our purchase. We have not had a good night's rest since it arrived. We were prepared for a break-in period but that came with severe neck, shoulder and back pain. As the bed became softer around week 4 - the pain got increasingly worse. We wake up several times throughout the night because we are overheated and no sleeping position is comfortable. We've bought at least 7 pillows because the reps at the store indicated that was the issue. It is cool to the touch but retains heat under your body which is really uncomfortable. We are both in our late 30's and wake up with almost every bone cracking and aching - feeling and sounding like a 90-year old. I cannot believe this bed is so expensive and highly rated. I called to initiate the return which is a 3-step process: you call the number, someone eventually calls you back and then you have to wait 2 weeks for someone else to call to schedule the pick up the mattress. Words cannot describe how outraged and disappointed we are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I consistently experienced lower back pain and woke up a few times a night on my previous mattress. After receiving and sleeping on my new tempurpedic my back pain has significantly decreased. My quality of sleep has improved dramatically.

We already had a queen medium hybrid and loved it so we decided to go with the medium hybrid for the king. This one feels like a rock. It's so firm, nothing like our other mattress. We decided to go into a store to test them out again before calling in to swap under the 90 day guarantee and now I have no idea which mattress they gave us because the medium hybrid in the store is also much softer than the one we got. I'm really disappointed and frustrated.

Just received the mattress today and am seriously worried I may not be able to sleep in it. How can "soft" feel so firm. I prefer soft mattresses and have never been able to sleep in a firm bed. Other than that I love TempurPedic. This mattress is a warranty trade.

You spend 1/3 of your day in bed. That's what the ads say. But it is true. The Temperpedic was not originally in our price range. But we bought a Serta that we really thought we liked. After a few weeks we were waking up sore. We traded up for the Temperpedic and are happy we did. Every night you get in and it molds to tour body. There sleeping on our backs or sides there are no sore spots in the morning. We will have this mattress for many years and felt the investment was worth it.

After a long day, to come home and lie down in this bed is the most pleasant thing I could possibly imagine. As I sink in, there is an indescribable feeling of satisfaction and pleasure. The adjustable base is very useful for watching tv and eating in bed. I use it every day and love it. The payment, shipping and delivery were all very easy and straightforward. I would say the only thing I do do find useful is the vibration feature on the adjustable base. It just does not do anything for me. My overall satisfaction is 11 out of 10. Absolutely wonderful products.

This is our second Tempur Pedic mattress so we were aware of the 90 day break in period. Honestly did not need this period, mattress was comfortable from day one. Good nights sleep back on track! And really did not have any memory foam odor that is associated with memory foam mattresses. Our first Tempur Pedic was one of the first generations and literally weighted a ton. So changing the sheets are no longer a dreaded chore. And the option to remove the cover and wash is a definite plus. Last model was a "pillow top" and we did a warranty claim. Customer service is EXTREMELY easy to work with and really had our best interest in mind. Made the warranty claim very easy and seamless. We are so happy with this mattress and have already had two friends switch after going to the showroom and trying them out. My co-worker and her husband purchased the same model but in soft. Little too cushy for us, but they love it compared to their last highly advertised bed! 100% recommend this mattress. You will not be disappointed and you can try them out in a showroom unlike some models sold on TV.

I have the king size. Both my husband and I are side sleepers. We both have shoulder and side pain in the mornings, due to the bed not being as conforming as we need. Going to exchange it for the Lux Adapt soft!! If you are undecided and you are a side sleeper, definitely go with the soft!!

This mattress was fine the first few months then it started getting softer and softer. After less than two years it is unusable. Getting off the mattress required rocking back and forth with my legs in the air until enough momentum was generated to get my legs over the side. Rolling from one side to the other while on the bed was a joke. I would have to make a slight roll to my stomach then push up and off the mattress with my arms to flip over. It was like sleeping in a trench. As soon as I switched back to my old mattress my si joint pain was gone. Absolutely horrible! The warranty process is a joke. All they want is pictures. Pictures won't show how soft the mattress is, you have to lay on it and feel it. There are many reviews that say the same thing. I should have checked more closely before purchasing the mattress. 4k for junk.
