My Twin XL is pretty comfortable. I am a side sleeper and the bed is comfortable on the side where I had a hip replacement. It is a bit hard on the other hip that hurts. Overall this is a comfortable bed. I needed a soft bed that was not hot. Neighbors have Tempur Pedics that have lasted 16 years and bought another Tempur Pedic. Quality is excellent.

This is the 2nd Tempur-pedic mattress I've had, one I got 15 years ago which was the Cloud-Luxe in PR and is still my favorite, but it is at our 2nd residence and the new one is here in NJ. and have only had it a few weeks after trying 3 other mattresses. This one's a keeper, should have went with it in the first place. Thank you for an amazing product.

This mattress was very painful for me. I had the mattress for 10 weeks and each week my hips, back and neck got more and more painful. I would wake up sore every morning. I did everything suggested to try and break in the mattress. This mattress is firm, even though it says a medium firmness. I even bought 2 expensive tempur-pedic pillows thinking that might be the answer but that only made things worse. The pillows are so heavy and hot, even though they claim to be the best cooling. The mattress also was hot. I am now doing physical therapy to try and undo my spinal injuries from the mattress and ended up exchanging it for another brand.

We have had the Tempur-LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid for only a month. At this point we are really liking the head and feet in a zero gravity position. We do change this position after relaxing to a position on the bed that is doable for sleeping. We feel comfortable most of the night, waking up without a lot of the pain that used to be there in our lower back and neck. The only complaint about this bed is that if you are a hot sleeper, you will definitely be hot, this mattress definitely holds the heat in. We have the cooling sheets, they really don't cool. We have tried a cooling mattress pad, still doesn't work. At this point, we are not sure if we will exchange this mattress in for a mattress that may not be as hot.

We've had the mattress almost 6-7 weeks now and regret our purchase. We have not had a good night's rest since it arrived. We were prepared for a break-in period but that came with severe neck, shoulder and back pain. As the bed became softer around week 4 - the pain got increasingly worse. We wake up several times throughout the night because we are overheated and no sleeping position is comfortable. We've bought at least 7 pillows because the reps at the store indicated that was the issue. It is cool to the touch but retains heat under your body which is really uncomfortable. We are both in our late 30's and wake up with almost every bone cracking and aching - feeling and sounding like a 90-year old. I cannot believe this bed is so expensive and highly rated. I called to initiate the return which is a 3-step process: you call the number, someone eventually calls you back and then you have to wait 2 weeks for someone else to call to schedule the pick up the mattress. Words cannot describe how outraged and disappointed we are.

We purchased their Celebrity mattress 17 years ago and it was getting time to replace it. We replaced it with a Nectar mattress, but returned it after 2 months due to waking up every morning with excruciating back pain. We replaced the Nectar mattress with a Tempurpedic Adapt hybrid mattress and after 1 1/2 months it just didn't do anything for us. It wasn't uncomfortable, but we missed that sink in feeling we've known for 17 years. I loved going to bed every night on the Celebrity mattress. After speaking with customer service, they said the Luxe Adapt Firm would be more similar to the Celebrity so they offered a free exchange and we paid the difference. The Luxe Adapt is a very comfortable and I "almost" look forward to going to bed every night. It does have some of that sink in feeling, but nothing like the Celebrity. I think if there was a pillow top on the Luxe Adapt, it would have that same exact feel, but I'm not ready to take the risk since the pillow tops are not returnable. Is it worth over $4000? I guess so. We paid $5000 for our king size Celebrity 17 years ago so I guess this is a bargain :) Overall, we like it a lot and glad we paid the extra $1000 over the Adapt. One thing to note is it does appear to be smaller than other king size mattresses we've owned because it doesn't fill out the entire king size bed frame. Our Nectar and Adapt king mattresses fit the frame fine, but the Luxe Adapt leaves about 1"-2" all around the frame.

We began experiencing trouble sleeping and back pain roughly 8 months ago. Being responsible people, we have tried everything on our end to make sure it's not us before asking for a warranty claim. We began the warranty process and after quite a few photos, emails, tearing the bed apart repeatedly, customer service claims they can't see the sag in the mattress. We have had approximately 4 years on this expensive mattress and had I known their lack of support would be just about as supportive as the high priced mattresses they sell, I wish I wouldn't have spent the money in the first place. Look to a different company instead. Tempur isn't what it used to be.

We went to the store to "look around" and we met the sales representative who was so friendly and informative about the various products. He made it easy to determine exactly what we were looking for and once we layed down on the bed and operated the adjustable base, we knew we had to get it. It is sooo comfortable and it helps my wifes back issues when she adjusts her side to a comfortable position. We have both enjoyed toe most comfortable nights sleep since we got the TempurPedic bed. It is top quality and affordable.

We had enjoyed a tempur pedic for 14 years and were so impressed with the comfort that we talked everyone with whom we visited to take a look at Tempur Pedic! We felt it was worth every penny. We thought it was time to replace the old one and purchased the Luxe Adapt Mattress and Sleeptrack base. It has been a horrible adjustment and we actually are thinking of looking at other mattresses. So sad we invested in the Tempur Pedic. I don't know if we were sold the wrong mattress or if it's been "upgraded". We got a firm, but you sink in so much when you're sleeping that it's difficult to roll over. They made a wonderful mattress I don't know why they changed it.

My mattress, Tempur-pedic lux adapt 2.0 is too soft, and very hot. It also feels like I'm rolling downhill or that I have to climb to up to get to the other side of the mattress, because I feel like I need to make sure I don't create a. Because my impression stays in the mattress. While I like a plush mattress, this is on the antique vintage side of soft. You are not supposed to sink in to a brand new mattress and be so hot to give me some help. And yes, it does matter where you buy this from because Ashley won't talk to me until Tempur-pedic does their warranty thing and they can't come look at it until August 7 of 2024. Today is May 27, 2024. The mattress was purchased and delivered on April 20th 2024.
