I hate this mattress! After loving my old king tempur mattress for years I just needed to downsize for space reasons. I ordered a firm mattress expecting to love it. I can’t sit on the edge of the bed because it slowly dumps me off. I bought a stool to get me higher so I could jump onto the mattress avoiding the edge but it only helps a little. It’s hard to move or change positions and I have to work my way over to the middle of the bed to get comfortable. I had no hesitation to spend this much money because I’d loved my old mattress and because of Tempurs reputation of standing behind their products. However I was told by someone from the company who emailed me asking how I liked it, that this particular mattress was a close out and not eligible for exchange. I try not to get angry every time I get into the bed but it’s not working.

We have now purchased 2 mattresses and love them. They provide the comfort and support we desire and need. No other mattress compares.

Finally it turned soft. I love it again. I can lay on my side or back and be very comfortable. I enjoy going to bed again

Love it best sleep I have ever had at current isolation I don't want to leave my bed especially since I can't leave the house
