Sleeping Like a baby. It takes a few days to a couple of weeks to get the mattress to fit around your body. After that, you are good to go. My bad back has already started feeling better. Best mattress I have bought hands down. As of now, there is nothing I don't like about this mattress.

I really like the mattress, supportive for a side sleeper. Took a couple weeks for the odor to dissipate, but was still fine to sleep on. Appreciated the white glove service.

For several years I have been experiencing severe back pain along the ribs when I tried to fall asleep on my old mattress. I finally decided to go mattress shopping and headed straight to the Tempurpedic floor models. After thoroughly testing the Proadapt, I found the Luxeadapt gave me the conforming support I needed. I have been sleeping on my new mattress for three weeks now. I have less pain falling asleep and I have been sleeping so much better.

This is our 2nd Tempur-pedic mattress. It provides the perfect combination of support and comfort to enable us to fall asleep and stay asleep all night and wake up refreshed. It provides perfect support and I find that I’m not tossing and turning in order to be comfortable. I also am experiencing less back pain since we’ve gotten this new mattress. I love the adjustable base so you can adapt it to your needs. We love our new mattress!

We couldn’t be happier with our new King-Split TEMPUR-LuxAdapt Medium Hybrid with TEMPUR-Ergo ProSmart Adjustable Base, and the exceptional service we received at Mattress Firm in Rockford IL. Our primary goal was minimizing motion transfer since I am a light sleeper and my husband comes to bed later than I do and moves around a lot. Having two Twin XL Prime mattresses together as one king bed is the perfect solution and an option we didn’t even know existed! Now we can still sleep together AND both have a good night’s sleep, each with our own remote to personalize our sleep position and various other options. (We also like that they have the flexibility to be used separately as two XL twin beds.) The Mattress Firm team in Rockford—Luis, Robert, and Vee, were all wonderful to work with. Even our delivery driver, Amador, was great. And we were encouraged to call or stop by if we have questions or need further assistance. Excellent buying experience from start to finish!

I love this mattress! Worth every penny! The only complaint I have is with the delivery. I did see a “single white glove” but I believe they just pulled it from their pocket so I’d see it. So, their “white glove delivery” does not mean what they say. They also seemed in a hurry and didn’t spend much time explaining it all.

The mattress being reviewed is our 3rd Tempurpedic. First two were great. We were suggested moving up to the next level up Tempurpedic mattress when we purchased our current mattress. My wife started feeling pain in her hips and knees and we traced it down to our new Tempurpedic. The mattress is bowed in the middle and sides are rounded. Submitted a warranty claim, exchanged many emails, sent many pictures and we were denied our claim as we were told we were using an improper foundation. We have a purchased slat system sitting on top of the slats from our platform bed, so the mattress is well supported and the mattress does not slip through any slats. At the mattress store where we purchased the mattress we were never told to use a particular foundation or your warranty would be voided. Tempurpedic at the end acknowledged that the mattress was experiencing some damage. The best that they would do for us was to offer 50% off if we buy another mattress that is less than a year old (this is probably still more than Tempurpedic's cost). I don't think this is a company that stands behind it's very expensive products. Now we are sleeping on a warehouse memory foam mattress in our spare bedroom without any other issues. Hope this helps other customers to make informed decisions.

Moved in 2022 and bought an expensive bed that we have neither liked. Finally decided to go back to a temur-pedic and have slept and is so much more comfortable. Just sorry we waited 3 1/2 years to replace! Only suggestion is that when the bed is delivered, take a picture of the serial number to be able to register your mattress. We didn't and couldn't lift the thing to get the info.

Our sleep continues to improve. Was a little nervous the first night. It was very cold, and the mattress, which had just been delivered from riding around in a truck was cold and firm. But once it acclimated to normal temperatures in the house, it was fine. Comfortable, yet very supportive. Such an improvement from the 15 year old mattress. We had a very good delivery experience. The gentlemen were careful and polite.

After only three years of owning this mattress, I now wake up with shoulder pain and numb hands due to being a side sleeper. From what I understand, the top layer foam softens up and the stiffer foam layer below it is what you’re sleeping on causing pain for side sleepers. Even when I sleep on my back if my elbows are the touch point it numbs my hands.
