Received this 2 weeks ago. Finally tried it out. Easy start Honda, everything worked like it should, very powerful. Hose is stiff, but what do you expect with a 3/8" hose.

This product is great from small to large job but it does a few designer problem. Pump/Hose Easy Connector terrible. Where the garden hose and the pump hose connect is almost impossible to remove since is not enough room for fingers or a hand. The shaft is very very short, no room to comfortably disconnect anything and the quick connecter is a nightmare, need tools to remove. Must be design by a young engineer like the new washer that are design by somebody that never has wash clothes. I am a female so I do not have the proper terminally for those section of the pressure washer but it does works great. I will buy another with no problem. Nothing is perfect in life.

I bought one for my Garage shop, we used the washer 3 times a week so we had problem with the first one in the first 3 month. the good thing the have replaced it but i thought it will hold better. the washer is powerful and strong and easy to move the gas tank large enough . I will recommended for weekly use not as commercial use.

I have owned one other Simpson Pressure Washer and it lasted 11 years with no problems. I purchased this model from Sam's Club and it is one tough brute! Out of the box I added the provided oil and added the gasoline, it fired up 1st pull with no issues, It has crazy power to do any tough job. Simpson has one of the strongest Customer Service Sections in the Industry. My last one was a work horse and never failed me, I finally sold it to a friend due to the fact I needed a bigger unit. The Honda Engine they use is truly a power house. I have had friends who have purchased the competitors units only to take them back after a few weeks of light duty house washing due to being cheaply made. I researched this model and realized it has the best bang for the buck.. Go with Simpson and Sam's Club and you will not be sorry. Both Companies Stand behind their products.. Extremely Happy Customer..

Much better product than my previous Simpson pressure washer. This model runs better and does a much better job.
