I continue to have difficulty in attaching DVD and CD players. I will have the Geek squad help me set up. As a senior citizen. I am bewildered by all the options. It would be helpful for a tutorial on the web to walk me through the various settings. I am sure I am not using the TVs to their full potentials. Very happy with both purchases

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago. Very satisfied with the picture, sound and features. The ability to fine tune the picture, set sound parameters is very nice, and the use of the TVs remote to operate the set top box and tv off that remote is very convenient. We had an issue of not being to get the set top box to pair with the remote after booking up amd moving around the HDMI connections. Lg recommended we exchange the television for another. What was thought to be an issue was not, after a day of failed attempts on the new one, a geek squad guy came out and was trying to figure out aswell and discovered if the set top box does not pair off the list available per zip code, Enter in the able provider manually and it should pair. Long story short, crisis averted and we are more than satisfied with this product!!

Brillient colors, sharp details, high quality, great contrast. Not any other screen I have owed comes any where close to this LG OLED set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG OLED television was a birthday gift and what a gift it is. Our main tv was an older lcd iteration that we thought was serving us just fine. Then we saw the LG OLED at the stores and could see what we were missing. To this day we still find ourselves saying how clear and crisp the picture is. I'm not sure you even need a sound bar for this. The sound comes out crisp and clear. The LG Magic Remote was easy to program where it controls the DVD player and other connected devices. We give it 5 stars as this is the tv that sets the bar.

This TV match with the 3.1 sound bar brings realistic action to our 400 sqft family room. I love how we can have overhead indirect lighting on and the screen does not reflect a glare.

Picture is great compared to our LG 60UH615A that died a little over 4 years after purchase (Hey LG - I'm not happy about that!!!) OLED is a upgrade over the UHD. I am hopeful that we get many more years from this model vs. the former.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv with amazing ultra clear image. i am a fan of LG TVs with this being our fourth in the house, they all have great image quality but this OLED takes thing to a new level. The blacks are deep and rich and makes the colors in the image pop incredibly. The smart remote control is also a big plus, just point and click. It makes it real easy to navigate the menu and options. Another big plus is the sound quality, this tv has pretty powerful speakers that simulate surround sound well, so well that I didn't connect any sound Barr or surround yet. However, only reason why i didn't give this TV 5 stars is because the screen failed after only two months of use. Some lines came up on the screen, I have contacted LG and they are in the process of diagnosing the damage. I believe this must have been a defective unit and hoping LG makes it right and back their product especially this being one of their premium TVs so it's on LGs customer service now. I will update once this is resolved
