[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set about 6 weeks ago and am very pleased with the performance of the TV and the remote. It replaced another LG TV, the 79UB9800 which failed after only 5-years. I hope this OLED TV lasts much longer than the LED TV which it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv with amazing ultra clear image. i am a fan of LG TVs with this being our fourth in the house, they all have great image quality but this OLED takes thing to a new level. The blacks are deep and rich and makes the colors in the image pop incredibly. The smart remote control is also a big plus, just point and click. It makes it real easy to navigate the menu and options. Another big plus is the sound quality, this tv has pretty powerful speakers that simulate surround sound well, so well that I didn't connect any sound Barr or surround yet. However, only reason why i didn't give this TV 5 stars is because the screen failed after only two months of use. Some lines came up on the screen, I have contacted LG and they are in the process of diagnosing the damage. I believe this must have been a defective unit and hoping LG makes it right and back their product especially this being one of their premium TVs so it's on LGs customer service now. I will update once this is resolved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is fantastic. Bright, sharp and wonderful colors. Handles older, non-high def video very well. The headache is in the remote. Not back lit and poorly designed ergonomics. Good luck finding the volume control just by feel. Button placement and overall feel is very poor. Start and pause buttons very tiny and hard to find. No controls for common DVRs, like Fios, so if you want to use a set top box with a DVR, you will need to figure out how to juggle two remotes. Mouse-style pointer is too sensitive and hard to aim, no adjustment for sensitivity. Clever idea though.

Even old Christmas movies were bright and new. We hardly used our family room before with the old TV now it is Fireplace and Movies most nights

What an incredible picture ! along with all the channels that come on the TV , its like having cable again, Only for free. 4K is the way to go. My old Samsung was 12 years old and still worked.. But I had no idea how dim it was getting until this new LG . I 'm happy and would recommend to everyone

I bought this tv last February and it has not worked correctly for a couple of months now. I called for warranty repairs several times and got a new repair number every time. However no one ever called to do the repair work and I ended up returning it and purchasing a different brand tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This OLED replaced our 8 year old Panasonic plasma 55 inch TV and is clearly an advance in the technology. Many built in features such as Disney + and Netflix. The only complaint I have is about the remote, which does not appear to have a "Prev" or "last" button to allow you to switch back an forth between channels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the LG 55" OLED out of the box and running in less than 90 minutes. Set up was easy with on screen prompts. Most of the settings are pre set and are easy to adjust to your liking. There are so many features built in, it will take a while to learn them all. The OLED screen is as thin as my laptop display, how do they do that. When you see video shot in High Definition it looks like you are on the movie set. I would recommend this model LG TV to any one interested.
