I have used this Bakers & chefs clear frying oil at our cafe for the past 3 years. We find this to be a very cost effective product as it heats well and reduces the smoke level that other frying oils can cause. Our customers are very satisfied with the out come of our broasted chicken, homemade french fries and other food items that are cooked with this product.

I use this oil for frying my Thanksgiving Turkey every year. I have used the expensive Peanut oil and cannot tell any noticeable difference.

I have been using clear cooking / frying oil for years. Last longer, smokes less, and eliminates concerns about peanut allergies. Have fried 10 - 11 turkeys without burning oil.

This oil will not hold temperature when you add food. Horrible. Spend more money and get something good.
