This was the only shampoo that I've used for over a decade and it was perfect…great hydration, hair felt strong with a nice healthy grip, nourished yet bouncy, never heavy or oily scalp. I'm so disappointed since the change of the formula. My hair feels weird, heavy, oily and doesn't bounce anymore. And I don't even use conditioner!! It's just not good. When I found out about the change, I honestly bought as many old ones I could get my hands on. Now I ran out and have a bunch of new bottles left. Terrible. I just don't understand. Why change it? It was the perfect shampoo. Even though I've used it for so many years, my hair always felt the same, just great! I'm so bummed out really. Wished they would change it back to the old formula. I hate that I have to find a new shampoo. It's just a terrible change. Totally mediocre. I wash my hair and it just feels dull, unwashed, heavy and straggly. It's so drastic because it used to be phenomenal. Please change it back!

My beautician (by the way, I am a red head by choice) to use a non sulfate shampoo and coconut. I find this and fell in love. I have relatively thin, naturally straight hair that is really prone to split ends. The coconut milk conditions and strengthens my ends so that I haven't had to get a trim in almost a year! The shine and protection is incomparable. I will never stop using this conditioner!

4 stars is because if the is laying/bottle and the lid. Aesthetically it looks great but functionally it's terrible. There rounded lid prevents you from being able to flip the bottle in the lid to help get the product out. I do however really like this product. I have two daughters with thick curly hair. This has been so helpful with frizz s d tangling. The smell is amazing but not overpowering. The price ha very reasonable especially because of how well it works.

This was my holy grail in high school. My hair felt so clean after using this and the texture of the product is like silk. It really absorbs into your hair like butter and drys in your hair even better. The packaging is so cute and compact, when I travel I always pick up these, but don't be fooled it's cute and on the smaller size but still contains ALOT of product, they last me forever. After I shower I always come out smelling like I just came back from Hawaii it's a perfect clean small of coconut and fresh water. I love this product and couldn't reccomend it more

I have med pororus, low density, fine 3c hair, and it at first helped get the softness in my hair after flat ironing it, and nothing wrong with my curl texture just didn't feel soft and had more split ends but over time like atm if you wash it all the way out your hair won't feel silky anymore its also surprisingly lightweight as someone with fine hair like label said apply generously
