[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shampoo smells like coconut but it isn't overpowering. The texture is somewhat thick and easy to spread. It lathers quickly. I washed my locks twice. My scalp and hair feel clean.

My fiancé and I love this shampoo, it smells great and leaves our hair feeling clean and refreshed. This is a regular purchase in our household, we love it.

i loved the scent of this shampoo. unfortunately i didn't like that it didn't lather like i would expect. the value is good. the packaging works well too !

I am very allergic and my scalp is very sensitive. 2 year ago my hair was dark chocolate, almost black. I always wanted to be blond. So my stylist within a year and a half gradually was brightening my hair using bleach. Of course it was damaged. But now I'm blond. I bought this product because I started getting itchy scalp from my regular shampoo after using it for many years. After the first use I was amazed how smooth and silky my hair was! I'm in love with this product!

I have used the coconut shampoo and conditioner for years now and I love it. The only thing I have a problem with is the bottle shape will not allow you to put it upside down. This product is very thick and I can't ever get the last quarter of the product out of the bottle. Also its hard to squeeze the product out when the bottle is half empty. This may be a deal breaker. I have a limited time in the shower and trying to get the product out of the bottle takes time and strength I don't have. Please redesign your bottle so I can use it with ease. All you have to do is make the cap flat not rounded.

If You Haven't Tried I Highly Suggest You Do..!!!

I used this product a few years ago and it was amazing. I took a break from it and I have tried it again and it awful!! I thick, curly Indian hair and I live in Florida, so my hair is extra frizzy. This product made all of that worse. My hair felt like straw, and it made my hair extremely dry and frizzy. I'm not sure what happened with this product but they definitely changed the formula. It may work for others but it did not work for me. OGX please get it together!
