[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The beverage center is great. I like that I can see what's in my freezer. Changing the panels is a fantastic feature. I checked every fridge at the stores. The 4 panel fridge was far superior than all the a other fridges.

It's sleek exterior makes my kitchen seem bigger, the space inside the fridge section is wonderfully laid out, ensuring that we can see everything clearly and organizing it is a breeze. The only downside I could see, is the freezer space is a little small. We have a chest freezer, though, so it's not a problem at all. We switched the flex temp side to get more fridge space and so our youngest has easy access to her own things. The beverage center and ice capabilities are amazing, too. We love the access there, and the ice fills quickly, which is important for our family of five. The fingerprint proof stainless does leave prints, but they are easily wiped off with a dry towel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first got selected I was excited that we would be able to customize our fridge and select a combo of colors that would fit our kitchen best. We got our fridge and it fits amazingly in its predecessors spot. The only issue with it is the delivery people came with only one color and we had selected two different color combinations and have yet to receive the correct ones. The fridge though in itself is amazing the four doors has always been a dream of mine. We also added the fridge to the smart things app. With the app I like being able to view how many times the door has been opened, that I can set the temperature from my phone and I also like being able to switch the settings. The beverage center has an amazing feature that we use often, the self filling water pitcher gets a-lot of use and I like that even the tiniest bit that you use you don't have to worry about refilling it yourself.I appreciate the fact that I can add a few fruits and citrus in the infuser and have it ready for me. I like the ice maker and the fact that it is in the freezer, I also like that I have a choice of Cubed and Ice Bites. I love also having the option of a flex fridge that I am able to use the lower right corner for a fridge or freezer. Not having enough room was an issue with our old fridge and we no longer have that issue with this one. I can't say enough about how amazing this fridge is.

We've had this refrigerator for only two weeks and buying this model is the best decision we've made when it comes to appliances. It is very decorative and exceptionaly well designed. The bins on the door have extra depth which make storage so much simpler as well as the convenience of finding what we need easily. The fact that we can change the colors of the facade is another plus and we do have additional panels in other colors to make seasonal changes. It does not stand out as a refrigerator. Have the beverage center is an excellent design. The pitcher as fill automatically with water when it is reinserted and the plus of also have a water dispenser is short of amazing. Having the ice store in their individual drawers in two sizes is another plus especially during entertainment. No long wait to fill glasses etc. with ice from an ice machine. Finally, using the lower right section as we see fit, whether to freeze of just give additional chill is fantastic. It is almost much quiter than our prior model.

I love the drink station, the 4 doors, the space available in the fridge itself, and the 2 ice varieties. It has been trouble free so far and I literally say to myself, "dang, I love this fridge" everything I open it. Sounds wierd but it's true.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my sleek new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. The beverage center and separate ice maker are wonderful. I love to use the water pitcher because I can put lemon in the infusion container. The water tastes so fresh and clean. This fridge is counter depth but does stick out past the counter so just be aware of that. I love the adjustable shelves and the flex space for more room if you need more refrigerator space. This fridge has a UV deodorizing filter to keep it smelling fresh. It has sound alerts if the door is left open too long. The beverage center is great because it has its own door so you don't have to open the whole fridge to get to it and leaves the fridge looking sleek and seamless on the front. The stainless steel is a bit darker than most stainless and I do see some fingerprint smudges even though it's resistant. I love the two doors for the freezer at the bottom. If you don't like having to pull a drawer open and dig through everything like me, you will like this feature. All in all I am happy with this product. I'm hoping Samsung will stand behind their product if I have any issues in the future. Lastly, I love the smart app that allows me to monitor my refrigerator while I'm away. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can adjust the temperature and other various functions remotely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 10-year-old Samsung fridge finally died, we were hesitant to buy another Samsung because getting our old one serviced was so difficult. After a while, new components were scarce, and even water filters were difficult to come by. I couldn't help but notice how lovely this refrigerator is. I performed my homework, watched it expand in the Asian market, and decided it was worth a shot. This beautiful refrigerator makes a statement in the kitchen because to its elegant design, which avoids the bulbous appearance of other refrigerators on the market. We were relieved to get rid of the drawer freezer and replace it with a four-door one. We haven't had to change out the flex section because it's now being used as a deli fridge. There is no longer an ice maker in the refrigerator; it has been moved to the freezer, where it belongs, freeing up refrigerator space. Cubes and nuggets are the two sizes available. Note that ice nuggets are not chewable like sonic ice, but they are large enough to cool your liquid quickly. We're still attempting to figure out how to collect ice without spilling any. The autofill pitcher with a diffuser is another feature we like. We use it to make infused water on occasion. This feature is a nice addition because I used to keep a pitcher of water in my old fridge so that chilled water was always available. When I bought this fridge there were only colors available. When I'm ready, I would love to switch out the panels to different designs if they ever come available. We have Samsung phones, so syncing it with the SmartThings app was easy. Definitely worth the price!

The auto fill pitcher is amazing and I love having two options for ice. My only complaint on the ice is that sometimes you lose some pieces out the back when scooping. For overall storage the refrigerator fits everything I need and I love how I can customize the temperatures of the flex door and crisper drawers via the app. Overall I am very impressed with my Bespoke 4 door flex refrigerator by Samsung.

From the aesthetic panels to the auto-fill water pitcher to the WiFi connectivity, this fridge has it all. I'm so glad I bought this fridge, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else considering getting a new fridge. The auto-fill water pitcher is my favorite feature so far. I have. a family of six, so we go through water very quickly. Usually we'll have a line by the fridge of people waiting to use the water dispenser. Or, one of us has to fill up a jug to take tot he table with us. Samsung has answered our problems with this fridge. Now with only a few seconds of waiting, my family can get a full jug of water that hydrates a growing group of rascals.
