Bought 3 sets. First set made it roundtrip overseas (with connecting flights), had no issues. 2nd set took a local 3-hour plane trip, no issues. 3rd set never made it out of the house bc as we were getting ready to leave and lock up, the housing unit where the tsa lock is held, popped out. Defeated the purpose of having the convenient built in tsa locks, so that was a big disappointment. Aside from that mishap the luggage is durable, has strong wheels, rolls smooth, and packing cubes work perfectly. I would recommend this product, but I advise that you tug at the locking unit before use to make sure it won't come loose. Maybe we just grabbed a defective one.

The luggage was average. Nothing to Rave about.

22x14x9 is max carry on size.

I purchased 2 sets of this luggage. One was fine, the other had a defective zipper right out of the box. I contacted Samsonite, they provided a return shipping label, and I had a replacement in two days. It was 100% perfect. We will see how the luggage stands up to usage in just a few weeks. Just finished registering products.

I GAVE 4 STARS BECAUSE... I didn't receive any paperwork to be able to register my luggage a china tag on it... can't use one number anywhere on this luggage or tag numbers inside my luggage ? They also come with USB ports now this must be old luggage sets ? Its nice but I can't even register it not anything to show my order ? Why not send registration information and order forms???

Nice luggage but only 29in suitcase has TSA approved locks. From description sounded like both had locks. I understand now after rereading description the word lock was not plural. The description lead me to believe both cases had locks but only one did. I found this out when I received them. I wanted locks on both of the suitcases. I bought 2 sets thinking all had locks.
