First time I used it, the whole lock mechanism just fell out.  Then couldn't open the lock. It was still set on default.  Had to cut through the zipper pulls, to get it open.

I bought this luggage set for my husband for our trip to Europe. He loved both pieces! This is a quality set of luggage; well-made and sturdy.  The gel grip on the handles is a really nice feature. Each piece rolls so smoothly! (That's a must with luggage these days) We liked this luggage so much we bought another set when we got back from vacation! You can't beat the price!! Now we're both ready for our next trip!!
