I use these at a 4-H concession stand; I didn't want to have to fool around with rinsing each time I wiped so these were perfect. The scent is not pleasant but the convenience is great. Occasionally use at home, kitchen only. Also these are not especially damp, sometimes need water added.

These were purchased to clean library book covers, as they are handy to remove built-up cover grime and disinfect. While they get that job done, they have had a couple of drawbacks for this task as well as others. First, they're a little soapy, which isn't always a bad thing, but not always wanted. Second, and the worse issue, is the lingering smell. It stays on my fingers for hours, no matter how many times I wash my hands after other tasks. And as for my initial task for these wipes, this is also not a smell that should cling to books, from borrower to borrower. I want to use these wipes for numerous tasks but I don't because of the persistent smell. Thanks!

I'm not sure why there are so many complaints about the smell. These wipes smell so good. I use them as often as I can when I clean something. They dry somewhat quickly when I wipe it onto something, but I use a paper towel as I am wiping to help remove some residue (I clean the stove with them after dinner a lot). I buy these wipes really often.

I am a member of Generation Good, and received this product to try for free. As a mom of young kids, I am never without something to clean. I love how I can use these wipes in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. Also, the smell is great--I'm not a fan of lemongrass but feel this product smells more like thyme with a hint of citrus. All in all, I would recommend these wipes!

I love the cleaning power of these wipes and think they work better than the Clorox ones. Only complaint is the smell is very strong and even though is plant based smells like chemicals. I use anyway as smell doesn't last and feel this is still safer than the chemicals in other brads esp. for my daughters high chair.

Great product! Love, love, love the smell. It is strong but you can tell it is naturally derived AND that it will kill bacteria and viruses. I don't want a flower scented, bleach scented or fake scented product, that is not the point. The point is these wipes are made from botanical ingredients but at the same time super efficient at getting the job done. I am that consumer that turns down the Lysol, the Clorox scented products for something a lot healthier for my home environment. Don't change this product ever!!!

Love these! I've used other chemical-laden wipes for years, but it's truly great to be able to wipe the countertops down and not worry about what nasty chemicals are left on my hands! It's also nice to know that there aren't dangerous chemicals left on the countertops to be transferred to our food. They smell like Thyme, but I don't think it's too strong.

I use all the disinfecting products at 7th generation and love that they are natural. I understand that the thymol used to disinfect is why they have a strong smell but it isn't offensive. The reason I give three stars is that the wipes are so dry I don't know how they can disinfect when it says to leave the surface “noticeably wet” for 10 minutes when the wipe itself won't stay wet for half that. They don't go far before drying out so I'm confused about the disinfecting. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars.

I have been using these on and off over the years and the only thing that keeps me from using them regularly is that I am not sure of the biodegradability of the wipe itself. I have been cautioned that other mainstream wipes contain plastics and degrade very very slowly. Hence the reason I don't use them. What's the report on seventh generation?

I wanted to give 5 stars, but the smell of them just turns me off, and they are a bit pricey. Otherwise, they work great and are safe around my birds and doggy. They also don't leave streaks on counter tops which I really love. During Covid 19, they were the only ones I could find. I am starting to get use to the smell. I don't understand why they would use this scent.
