Bought these because they were the only ones available. I was so happy so see wipes, I didn't think to smell them first - they stink! Previous reviews state that the smell is the essential oil thymol scented with lemongrass and citrus but what an awful combination. I have an herb garden in which I grow thyme (and love it) but these are actually nauseating. I've never bought this brand before so I don't know if they always come this way, but there was no covering to peel back or insert to remove - as soon as I opened the lid I could touch the wipes. The instructions say to disinfect, "leave visibly wet for 10 minutes" which is impossible due to the dryness. The brand I usually buy is much wetter, in fact there's always some liquid left in the container when the wipes are gone. These were also twice the price of the ones I usually purchase. There's a reason they're the only thing on the shelf during a world-wide pandemic...

I've used these wonderful wipes for years. I appreciate that they disinfect without the use of toxic chemicals and harsh perfumes. I always have some on hand. But now that the coronavirus is here, I can't find them anywhere! I continue to check local stores where I am usually able to find them, and regularly check every on line retailer that carries them, but they are no where to be found. I have been searching for TWO MONTHS. What is the deal? When will we be able to purchase them? I don't understand how they could be out of everywhere for two solid months!! Please help Seventh Generation!

The wipes are OK. I do agree with other reviewers that the wipes seem to dry out fast. I don't think it's that big of an issue and I would still purchase them but the smell is just so awful. It is very strong and it does not smell good. It reminds me of a chemical smell and it isn't pleasant when wiping down surfaces. The smell also lingers on your hands until you wash them. I would not purchase this product again because of the smell.

These wipes were exactly what I was looking for. I recently had a baby and refused to use any harsh chemicals around her. Ever since purchasing these I feel more at ease about reducing the pollutants in my home and my everything is cleaner! While plant-based, I do believe these wipes perform better than chemical-based competitors. I also use their dishwasher detergent and disinfecting spray - both of which I am equally pleased with.

I was so excited to try these. And now guests in my home say "what's that plastic/garbage smell". It's horrible! Because they put Citronella Oil in it, it smells like a cross between burning plastic and garbage. Also, the container is hot. Like the oils are breaking down the plastic and creating heat. The container is hot on the outside and inside. Also, there is far less Tymol in this then the other cleaning products I use with Tymol.

I LOVE these wipes. I just moved from VA to NJ. Back in VA I used these wipes regularly for the kitchen and bathroom. When moving they became NECESSARY. In fact, the Whole Foods in Madison doesn't have them so I drive to Vauxhall, but now I'll get them on Walmart.com! I use the wipes for all sorts of surfaces. The only complaint I have is that the wipes are more moist as you get the the end of the set. I use them on my granite counters. I feel very comfortable using them near food surfaces. There are so many reasons I love these wipes...

These really work fantastic , but the thyme and lemongrass is just awful. Come back thirty minutes later and it still smelled offensive,i had to pour straight vinegar on my hands as well as wipe down the surfaces of the bathroom with vinegar and then reclean the whole bathroom from scratch ! Honestly i won't waste them, they are perfect for cleaning the toilet bowl with gloves on, but not the whole bathroom. I want my bathroom to smell just fluffy fresh not like medicinal. It's awful.I agree with the other two reviewers. I do like the formula, but get rid of the thyme! Mixed with the lemongrass it's downright inerviating. Do something with lavender and grapefruit seed extract to kill germs , please ! Thanks a lot!

This is the perfect product for cleaning up after kids' meals. It removes all the food stuck to the table. And you don't have to worry about it being harmful to your kiddos if they eat straight off the table for the next meal. The multi-purpose cleaner is just as effective and I love it too. But of course, the convenience of the wipes is wonderful!

These work very well to clean counter tops, childrens toys, yoga mats - and AWESOME for CAMPING! I used these to clean dishes without water. Wipe and let dry. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help the environment a little more and offer a refill for the plastic tub. I really don't want to buy another piece of plastic if I can avoid it. Thanks!!!

I have used many Seventh Generation products and I have really liked them. I tried these, and I don't like them. The scent is offensive not just to me, but coworkers as well. It also lingers way too long. I also think the wipe dries out really fast while you are using it. Other wipes seem to allow you to use them longer before they dry. I'm going to assume it's killing what it says it does and that the surface is actually clean, so that's good. Please offer another scent and make it not last so long on the surface.
