The product is great, quality at a good price.
Walmart still doesn't have the "chops" to accurately know their stock and logistics for online shopping.
The free delivery of 3 x 5 gal pails promised for 2 days hence, turned into a nightmare of emails that didn't explain or accurately describe the problem or their solution for it. Even the FedEx tracking was incorrect with no explanation when packages "out for delivery" didn't show until 2 days later.
Eventually, Walmart/Fed Ex delivered 2 of the 3. They were unable to source the 3rd item. Eventually I went to the store to get it myself.

This is not the first logistical screwup I have experienced with Walmart online shopping/delivery. Interestingly, the delivery driver acknowledged experiencing Walmart's issues compared with other large companies they deliver for.

oil is fine Online delivery is truly awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because nobody comes close to your prices Amazon is more expensive than going to the actual store. I hate Amazon. I've always been a Walmart guy. Thank you for being more customer friendly, and save us money.
