I would not choose to drink this. But i would it i had to. Like i could, but i really dont want to. My kid is lactose so we got him this to try. We all tried it. It taste nothing like milk. He didnt like it. we didnt like it. We get fairlife now.

Yes total staple for my lactose intolerant family members! But even I, who isn’t lactose intolerant find myself sneaking a couple cups because it’s sweeter than unprocessed milk! I think it makes it easier to digest for normal milk drinkers as well.

I love how much easier it is on my gastrointestinal tract I have gastroparesis and gastritis as well as ibs. With all my problems it’s amazing for me.
