Milk without lactose. Definitely taste like milk still! Simple milk packaging. It’s priced ok. It has the same taste as milk without any upset stomach.

Lactaid is great when you have sensitivity to regular milk. I love lactaid whole Kilkenny because it is filling, and has a sweeter taste than regular milk and it keeps bellies happy!

I was not a fan of the taste. It almost tasted like it had added sugar to it. The texture was similar to milk so that was the only plus. I believe the packaging is nice and straight forward of what you are getting
