My mom actually uses this for my dad. When I have been at their house I have used this. My mom cooks with it since my dad is lactose intolerant and you can not taste any difference in the food compared to using regular whole milk. I like to drink it with chocolate. Makes a great chocolate milk. It's a little high but not bad. I definitely recommend this product.

This is a great milk substitute for people like me who are lactose intolerant. It very gentle on your stomach and it still has the same consistency  as regular whole milk. You can also add it to anything that requires milk. Its a great buy and I highly recommend it.

This product really has a bunch of different outlets that you can use from ice cream to cottage cheese. It’s not just one thing. It has a lot of different products that you can use when you’re lactose intolerant and this is amazing. I love it especially with cereal which I can do now because of it.

I luv it. Tastes wondrous. AND I get it the gallon size to which the container is recyclable. Tippy! The label peels off so easily so I can decorate the white container as a ghost for Halloween or a bunny face for Easter or clipping the right angels and use as a pitcher for hanging plants outside. I have been drinking and eating Lactaid Products for most of my life. I would go on vacation to Europe and eat lots of cheese and other milk products and be in miserable pain. I LOVE the Lactaid brand. I never knew I was lactose intolerant until I noticed my stomach would cramp and I became super gassy after a bowl of cereal. Which this milk is more expensive than normal milk, it is on par with other lactose free options. The taste was great and I have not had any issues when eating cereal, drinking a glass of milk, etc... 100% recommend. I also love the fact that I am getting Vitamin D with this whole milk. i just made this with my nespresso lattissima , and had the best freakin coffee i've ever had, the weird thing , was it tasted like i had sprinkled some sugar in it too, soo odd but awesome that there is a nice sweetness to this. i love that. Maybe once they take the lactoid out you can taste the natural sugar in it better?..hmm... glad i found it. wont be going back to regular milk , like ever, like totally, like oh my gawd'..i am soo shurrrr'..
