I was so scared to try this for a long time. My daughter one day tricked me and poured me a glass not telling me and it tasted like whole milk. I couldn't tell the difference except it tasted a lil fresher and had a creamier taste! Now I can enjoy all the different things I couldn't before because I was lactose intolerant! Now I can finally enjoy having my morning bowls of cereal!

I think this milk tastes like regular whole milk. My roommate uses this milk with his cereal and drinks it with cookies or chocolate cake. He is lactose intolerant. My kids also take this with their cereal and they aren’t lactose intolerant. They didnt seem to notice a switch in the milk.

I normally prefer regular milk with lactose in it just for it being cheaper but I got this one day because I feel like it can last longer than regular milk can. I was surprised that it tasted so similar to regular milk. If it weren't quite so expensive, honestly I would buy this over the regular milk just due to the fact that I feel like this lasts a bit longer. It is just a bit expensive.

Being lactose intolerant, I have never 100% found a milk substitute to replace whole milk. So I do like to buy Lactaid. This is great and allows me to be able to enjoy whole milk without all of the side effects. My major complaint about this lactose free milk and pretty much 99.9% of all other brands of lactose free milk is that they are sweeter than normal whole milk. It's not sickenly so, but it's noticeable. I would love this even more if they could get rid of the added sweetness.
