It does exactly what it says it will do. You miss nothing with this except stomach upset. It tastes like regular milk. It is also very well pricrd. I love it!

Love lactaid milk due to me breastfeeding it works really well. I don't feel bloated or cramping at all. Very smooth and taste a little different than regular milk but it goes down real smooth.

Lactaid used to be my go to milk since I am lactose intolerant. The taste and texture are like regular milk. However I do not use lactaid anymore because of the ingredients. I prefer to use milk that doesn’t have a bunch of preservatives.
