Lactaid milk is so good! I use it for my household because it allows my kids the ability to enjoy eating cereal and other foods without having a stomach ache afterwards. The ingredients are satisfying and there's no hormones in this milk. It has a slightly sweet taste to it and it doesn't smell nasty or anything. Once you open it, you can use this milk for anything and you can store it for up to two weeks in your fridge. It's a good tasting milk but it's typically on the expensive side.
